My long pending deposit money not credited in my wallet

My payment is stuck from 25 days now and everytime when I mail or chat live on help@i­ndi­acs­onl­ine.com, an automated reply is generated that "Your deposit screenshot of INR 5,000.00 on 15/04/2025 21:18 IST is incomplete. Please provide a detailed screenshot showing the successful status, deposit date, time, amount, 12 digit UTR/reference number, UPI Transaction ID, bank name and receiver's details via CASHIER. For upload instructions, refer to this guide: https:­//c­dn-­ima­ges.da­fat­ouz­hu.o­rg­/ca­shi­er/­cas­hie­r-u­pi-­pro­ces­s-1­080­x19­20.m­p4." or " The concern team is working on your issue and once the secure the money the amount will be credited".

The attachment link in history and follow up of cashier tab is not available to attach screenshot of payment... please verify and resolve my issue as soon as possible because it's very long pending deposit money which is not credited yet in my wallet...

I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues

Hello AskGamblers Team and Dafabet ,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet account because I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues.

I have been a Dafabet customer for a long time, and my account is fully KYC verified. Despite this, my withdrawal requests are repeatedly being rejected or significantly delayed without any valid explanation. I currently have a balance of more than 350,000 in my account, and I am unable to withdraw my funds.

I have contacted Dafabet's live chat support numerous times, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Most responses appear to be automated, and even when I am connected to a human agent, I receive generic replies that do not address my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

I have attached all relevant evidence, including proof of my KYC verification screenshot.

I have seen that AskGamblers has successfully helped many players resolve similar disputes, which is why I am requesting your assistance. I kindly ask you to contact Dafabet on my behalf and help facilitate a fair and prompt resolution so that my withdrawals are processed without any further unnecessary delays.

For privacy reasons, I respectfully request that my Dafabet User ID is not displayed publicly on the complaint page. However, you may share it privately with Dafabet if it is necessary to investigate and resolve my complaint.
