My Funds Missing Worth 50000 INR

Respected Sir,

Subject : Missing fund and Manual adjustment concern with my Dafabet Account.

I deposited 150,247 inr on 02/03/2025 and i placed normal bets and made a withdrawal request of 5,000 inr on 02/03/2025 which got declined.

After few hours, Funds worth 50,028.10 Went missing and was debited from my account.

I was shocked and i checked in my transaction history it said as Manual adjustment and i have no idea what was this debit and manually adjusted from my account.

Since then, i contacted Dafabet Live chat customer support team and explain my whole concern with them, but The customer support does not respond back to my concerned message neither cares to understand my concern and simply leaves the live chat without helping me out.

Note : Kindly re-check that I haven't claimed any bonuses and misused anything I just deposited 150,247 inr and played my bets normally asusual.

There might be some technical issue, Kindly refund my 50,028.10 inr and do the needful and maintain good quality and environment in dafabet for us customers.

Dear Respected Dafabet casino,

I demand a clear explanation and immediate refund of the manual debit by dafabet of ₹ 50,028 INR, which was wrongly taken as an "adjustment" without consent or a valid reason.

This seems highly unprofessional and violates fair gaming and transparency principles.

I once again request AskGamblers to mediate and help me recover the missing money.

The Dafabet casino here in all angles maninpulating since they have all the rights to take all kind of actions against customers for their benefits.

First of all I have only 1 account and The funds worth 50,028 inr have been debited and manually adjusted for what ? without any reason ? Please tell me the reason as I do not understand the reason behind debiting the amount.

Who gives u the rights to debit my funds without any valid reason ?

Is Dafabet casino a fraud company ?

Dear AskGamblers Team,
I am writing to file an official complaint against Dafabet regarding a deposit that has not been credited to my account, despite multiple follow-ups via live chat and email.
On June 6, 2026, at 11:33 PM, I made a deposit intended for my Dafabet account via HTPay Banking. The payment was processed successfully from my end via PhonePe, but the status on the Dafabet deposit page is still showing as "Pending."

Dafabet delaying withdrawal even after completing veriifcation

Hi Ask gambler's team,

My earlier complaints were rejected because of gap in your understanding of my problem. Please read the issue in detail below.

Dafabet blocked my withdrawals 10 days back and asked for pan and photo with pan for verification.

I have provided all the necessary documentation required for verification clearly and in accordance with Dafabet’s guidelines and the documents are verified 4 days ago, but the withdrawals are still not processed. You can check their reply screenshot stating verification is complete.

Since verification is complete, they should be processing my withdrawals but if I ask them to process my withdrawal, I am getting irrelevant replies regarding deposit. I think the bots are replying.

I have fully cooperated with all verification requirements and the verification is also completed but the issue with withdrawal still remains unresolved. If they want any additional documents for verification I am ready to give them but they are not giving me proper response to resolve the issue. I called them and emailed them but all I am getting is standard deposit bot replies. Please check it yourself in the screenshot.

I kindly request your intervention to help allow me to withdraw my funds without further delay.

Account documents verification taking too long

My dafabet userid is < username removed ?

My withdrawal got declined and reason they gave was to submit account verification documents.

So i uploaded the requested documents in my accounts documents tab ( My id and selfie holding the id ). I uploaded them 4 days ago but till now it is showing documents have been submitted and we are reviewing them. According to them, only account documents verification takes 24-48 hours which has already surpassed and in email also I sent them. But they are sending irrelevant reply like - to validate your deposit concern something.

I am asking them about my verification status and they are replying with deposit concern which is irrelevant.

@askgamblers please intervene and tell dafabet team that documents have already been sent to their team and uploaded to the website but till now the account is not verified and due to that my withdrawal is pending.

@dafabet please verify my account now and process my withdrawal.

I've been emailing them for 4 days, but their response is very lazy, mostly bot-replied emails with non-sync answers as I provided them in Screenshots. Dear AskGamblers Team,

I would like to inform you that my account verification has been pending for over 10 days despite submitting all the required documents clearly and in accordance with Dafabet’s guidelines. The delay is unreasonable and has prevented me from accessing my funds.

I have been emailing them since last 7 days and getting standard and sometimes irrelevant response. Please find attached screenshot.

Furthermore, I would like to clarify that the total disputed amount in this case is ₹258,000 (INR).

Blocked withdraw without any reason

Hello, my dafabet username is < username removed > and they have blocked my withdrawal process without any notification or reason. Whenever I am trying to contact them, their live support agents are providing bot answers and telling me to wait and wait. I am now fully fed up with their bot answers. Whenever I try to withdraw they show error 310. I am providing the withdrawal requests and the issue I am facing with the proofs:

Payment delayed since May 25th

Hi AskGamblers team,

I am writing to file an official complaint against the betting platform Dafabet regarding their continued negligence in verifying my documents.

I have written to their support team multiple times, but they always come back with irrelevant responses, asking for a deposit slip when I am talking about withdrawal.

When I raise again, they say they are checking, but already been 8 days since the withdrawal was made.
