My deposit of 1000 INR not credited in account

I have a deposit worth 1000 INR with Dafabet txn ID 475472449 done on 17-11-2025 at 09:23 pm. UTR no:495100170187.

I had entered the correct UTR number in the billing box of the completed transaction, but the amount didn't reflect in my Dafabet balance.

I have emailed the screenshot of the successful transaction, including the UTR number visible on it, and also uploaded it to the deposit history section.

The deposit still shows pending.

The email i got from dafabet had this body:
"This is regarding your deposit follow-up for Transaction ID: 475472449, INR 1,000.00 (Correct amount as per the slip: INR 10,000.00) submitted on 17 November 2025 at 21:23:24 IST. This transaction is a duplicate transaction that has already been credited to another account. Due to this, your claim is declined. Security checks are being done in processing a transaction."

They claim that the correct transaction amount was 10,000 and not 1000 as i specified. And also say that the amount was already credited to another user. Both of their claims are wrong. The correct amount for that transaction ID was 1000 and I only took a screenshot of the banking receipt with utr number once I realised that the amount did not reflect in my balance and I had to upload the ss in the deposit section for further proof. I'm attaching the dafabet transaction ID 475472449 screenshot below to prove that both their claims are wrong. The third party site that they directed me to pay the amount might have stolen the money or it's a technical error in dafabet part or dafabet support is straight up lying.

I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues

Hello AskGamblers Team and Dafabet ,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet account because I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues.

I have been a Dafabet customer for a long time, and my account is fully KYC verified. Despite this, my withdrawal requests are repeatedly being rejected or significantly delayed without any valid explanation. I currently have a balance of more than 350,000 in my account, and I am unable to withdraw my funds.

I have contacted Dafabet's live chat support numerous times, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Most responses appear to be automated, and even when I am connected to a human agent, I receive generic replies that do not address my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

I have attached all relevant evidence, including proof of my KYC verification screenshot.

I have seen that AskGamblers has successfully helped many players resolve similar disputes, which is why I am requesting your assistance. I kindly ask you to contact Dafabet on my behalf and help facilitate a fair and prompt resolution so that my withdrawals are processed without any further unnecessary delays.

For privacy reasons, I respectfully request that my Dafabet User ID is not displayed publicly on the complaint page. However, you may share it privately with Dafabet if it is necessary to investigate and resolve my complaint.
