I, < first name removed > am using dafabet with user ID < username removed >. On 29/10/2024 at 8:39 AM IST, I attempted deposit in dafabet for 5,000 INR but while making payment I mistakenly sent 10,000 INR through phonepe. I have uploaded the screenshot of the payment and submitted UTR( 655405690931) also. The payment was made to Vouchagram India with UPI id 327187711127530@cnrb .Now it is showing as failed. Please deposit my 10,000 INR in dafabet account. I'm attaching the relevant proof for your reference. I have already called the dafabet website so many times but they are always saying my voice is not audible even though I have good network. When I'm calling dafabet the robot can listen if I select withdrawal or deposit to contact representative. The call gets connected after 20-30 min wait time and then the people repeatedly say the voice is not audible. If your robot can listen to my voice, why can't your people? I'm seriously disappointed with dafabet. I have sent numerous mails all they say is that " they are yet to secure the amount" but my bank says the transaction is successful.
