My 2 deposit pending

am filing this formal complaint against Dafabet regarding three separate deposits that have not been credited to my account balance.
The following transactions are still showing as "Pending" in my account history:
Transaction 1: ID: 493126824 | Date: 15/02/2026 | Amount: 1,500.00 INR
Transaction 2: ID: 497770517 | Date: 13/03/2026 | Amount: 1,999.00 INR
Transaction 3: [Insert 3rd Deposit ID & Amount here]
Key issue:
I have already contacted Dafabet’s customer support multiple times and provided all necessary payment proofs, including screenshots of the successful bank transfers. Despite submitting this evidence, my funds have not been credited, and the support team continues to give generic responses without resolving the issue.
The deposit from February 15th has been missing for nearly a month, which is completely unacceptable. I am now seeking your intervention to ensure these funds are either credited to my gaming account immediately or refunded to my bank.
I have attached the screenshots of the transactions and the "Pending" status for your review.
