Multiple uncredited deposits in Dafabet

Dear AskGamblers Support Team,

I am writing to request your urgent assistance regarding three uncredited deposits on Dafabet (Dafa Sports), all of which remain in a pending state despite being successfully debited from my respective UPI wallets.

I have contacted Dafabet support multiple times for each transaction and provided complete payment confirmations, but I only receive repeated automated responses. None of the proofs have been checked or validated, and the Cashier page shows no progress for any of the deposits.

Below are the details of all three unresolved transactions:

1️⃣ Pending Deposit – INR 14,900 (Umbrah Wallet UPI)

For all three transactions, I have attached the complete payment confirmation screenshots. Each screenshot clearly displays:

The exact UPI receiver details

Date and time of transaction

Transaction ID

Successful debit status from the respective wallet

Despite providing full evidence, Dafabet has not conducted any proper verification and continues to send template replies asking me to “check the cashier,” where all deposits remain stuck in a pending state.

This lack of response and investigation is extremely disappointing and concerning, especially given the total amount involved across these deposits.

I kindly request that AskGamblers intervene and help ensure that Dafabet credits the deposits to my account, or issues a full refund for all three amounts promptly

I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues

Hello AskGamblers Team and Dafabet ,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet account because I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues.

I have been a Dafabet customer for a long time, and my account is fully KYC verified. Despite this, my withdrawal requests are repeatedly being rejected or significantly delayed without any valid explanation. I currently have a balance of more than 350,000 in my account, and I am unable to withdraw my funds.

I have contacted Dafabet's live chat support numerous times, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Most responses appear to be automated, and even when I am connected to a human agent, I receive generic replies that do not address my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

I have attached all relevant evidence, including proof of my KYC verification screenshot.

I have seen that AskGamblers has successfully helped many players resolve similar disputes, which is why I am requesting your assistance. I kindly ask you to contact Dafabet on my behalf and help facilitate a fair and prompt resolution so that my withdrawals are processed without any further unnecessary delays.

For privacy reasons, I respectfully request that my Dafabet User ID is not displayed publicly on the complaint page. However, you may share it privately with Dafabet if it is necessary to investigate and resolve my complaint.
