Multiple deposits totaling 3500 INR missing on Dafabet despite successful bank transfers

I am filing a formal complaint against Dafa Sports regarding two separate deposits that have not been credited to my account, totaling ₹3,500 INR. Despite providing clear proof of payment and contacting live support multiple times, the issues remain unresolved

The Issue:
In both cases, the funds were successfully debited from my Canara Bank account and transferred to the casino's payment gateway (Mistoksh Serve Technologies Private Limited).
I have contacted Dafa Sports live chat (screenshots attached). For the older transaction (April 14), they claim they are "yet to secure the amount," even though it has been over a month. For today's transaction (May 21), they are giving standard scripted responses about "processing times."
It is clear that the casino is holding my funds without crediting them to my gaming balance. I request AskGamblers to intervene so I can either get these amounts credited to my Dafa Sports account or refunded to my original payment source.
Attached Proofs:
Bank success receipts for both ₹2,000 and ₹1,500 with UTR numbers.
Casino history showing "Failed" status for the first deposit.
Chat transcripts where the agent acknowledges the delay but provides no solution.
The payment was successfully transferred to Mistoksh Serve Technologies Private Limited, who is the official payment processor for Dafa Sports."
