Multiple deposits pending worth more than 1 lakh INR

Dear AskGamblers Complaints Team,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint against Dafabet regarding multiple pending deposit transactions that have not been credited to my Dafabet account, despite successful payment completion from my bank side.

Below are the details of the pending deposit transactions:

All the above transactions were completed successfully from my bank. However, the amounts have neither been credited to my Dafabet wallet nor refunded back to my bank account.

I have contacted Dafabet support multiple times via email, calls, and live chat. Unfortunately, I keep receiving the same generic response stating “we are yet to secure the amount”, without any clear explanation, proof, or timeline for resolution. This issue has been ongoing for a long time, and there has been no meaningful progress.

Having multiple deposits pending simultaneously is unacceptable and indicates serious negligence in handling customer funds. This has caused me financial stress and loss of trust in the platform.

I request AskGamblers to kindly intervene and help escalate this matter with Dafabet to ensure one of the following is done at the earliest:

Credit all pending deposit amounts to my Dafabet account, or

Refund the full amounts back to my original bank account.

I am ready to provide any additional proof such as bank statements, transaction screenshots, or payment confirmations if required.

After careful consideration and evaluation of the situation at hand, it has been determined that due to the inability of Dafabet Casino to provide a clear timeframe for the conclusion of the ongoing investigation, and taking into account the significant duration of time that has already transpired, the AskGamblers Complaint Team had no other choice but to close the complaint as Unresolved.

We do, however, recommend Dafabet Casino to request a reopening of the complaint, once the investigation has been concluded.

My dafabet userid is aftabking8

Few days ago dafabet team told me to submit verification documents in order to process my pending withdrawal request.

So i uploaded the requested documents and my account has been approved.

Currently when I am opening the my accounts - documents tab, it says ' your documents has been approved' .

But issue is , after my successful account verification also they are delaying in processing my pending withdrawal requests.

@askgamblers team, i ask you to kindly intervene here to help getting my withdrawal. I have followed all the instructions given by dafabet but still after account verification completed, they are unnessarily delaying my withdrawals.

Total amount in my account is 602000 inr.

I have hope on askgamblers team to help on this matter.

Withdrawal disabled issue going on for 2 weeks

From 8 June 2026, withdrawal is disabled in my Dafabet account. When I asked their support team, they said it needs to verify my account first in order to enable this withdrawal.

So I uploaded my ID and selfie holding the ID in my accounts documents tab, and also sent it to their documents team. So on 14th June, I received an email from their documents team that valid documents have been received, and my account is fully verified now.

On my accounts documents tab, it's currently showing' your documents have been approved'

But after fully cooperating with them, they have still not enabled my withdrawal section.

@askgamblers team, I request you to kindly intervene here and help me get my withdrawal section enabled so that I can get my withdrawal.

Payment is successful but still I didn't receive the deposit in my account.
In the transaction history it's showing failed but deposit was successful.

I am writing to follow up on my deposit of INR 5,000, which was made on 11 June 2026 at 04:08 AM and has still not been credited to my account.

During this period, I have repeatedly contacted support and have only received automated responses stating that the matter is being checked. Initially I was informed that it would take 3 days, then 7 days, but there has been no resolution, update, or credit to my account.

This prolonged delay is causing significant mental stress and inconvenience. I respectfully request that this matter be escalated immediately and that I receive either:

1. Credit of the INR 5,000 deposit to my account, or
2. A refund of the full amount to my dafasport account.

Please provide a clear status update, investigation findings, and an expected resolution timeline. I would appreciate a response from a supervisor or the relevant payments team rather than an automated reply.

Account documents verification taking too long

Hi,My dafabet user id is < username removed >

Dafabet is declining my withdrawal in the name of account verification.

For the last 20 days I have been emailing them about my account verification.

I uploaded the requested documents in my accounts documents tab and it is showing " your documents have been received and we are reviewing them'

This process has taken too long and as a result of this they are holding my withdrawals. They are total disputed amount is 100000 inr.

In emails they are sending me bot type similar email every time.

@askgamblers team, I am ready to provide them with any other documents that they require from me. Kindly tell them to reply to my email thread. If they want new documents, then kindly reopen the documents tab, so that I can upload documents as per their needs.

Withdrawal is disabled

Dafabet has disabled withdrawal in my account. As a result, I am not able to place withdrawal requests. As soon as I try to place the requests, it shows a code 310 error.

I emailed them, the Dafabet team, multiple times, but they sent me the same irrelevant email to every email.

So I have lost hope in their email support team. I have only hope in you to get this resolved.

I request you to please intervene here and tell the Dafabet team to send me a guided email, that what I need to do in order to enable the withdrawal section of my account.

If they want me to do re-account verification, I am happy to do that; all I need is to get withdrawal enabled so that I can withdraw my funds.

Deposit not credited after 7 days

Hi team,

I have deposited 120000 INR on June 16th, and it's been 6 days since I made the deposit, but still my amount is not credited.

Every time I check with Dafabet support, they are simply giving a bot reply that we made a follow-up. But it's already been 6 days.

I made an iCash deposit of 120000, and the amount has been deducted from the voucher. iCash has confirmed that the amount is credited to the merchant. Please find the merchant invoice copy provided by iCash.
