Multiple deposits pending worth more than 1 lakh INR

Dear AskGamblers Complaints Team,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint against Dafabet regarding multiple pending deposit transactions that have not been credited to my Dafabet account, despite successful payment completion from my bank side.

Below are the details of the pending deposit transactions:

Transaction Date & Time: 01-08-2025, 5:30:17 PM

All the above transactions were completed successfully from my bank. However, the amounts have neither been credited to my Dafabet wallet nor refunded back to my bank account.

I have contacted Dafabet support multiple times via email, calls, and live chat. Unfortunately, I keep receiving the same generic response stating “we are yet to secure the amount”, without any clear explanation, proof, or timeline for resolution. This issue has been ongoing for a long time, and there has been no meaningful progress.

Having multiple deposits pending simultaneously is unacceptable and indicates serious negligence in handling customer funds. This has caused me financial stress and loss of trust in the platform.

I request AskGamblers to kindly intervene and help escalate this matter with Dafabet to ensure one of the following is done at the earliest:

Credit all pending deposit amounts to my Dafabet account, or

Refund the full amounts back to my original bank account.

I am ready to provide any additional proof such as bank statements, transaction screenshots, or payment confirmations if required.

After careful consideration and evaluation of the situation at hand, it has been determined that due to the inability of Dafabet Casino to provide a clear timeframe for the conclusion of the ongoing investigation, and taking into account the significant duration of time that has already transpired, the AskGamblers Complaint Team had no other choice but to close the complaint as Unresolved.

We do, however, recommend Dafabet Casino to request a reopening of the complaint, once the investigation has been concluded.
