Money has not been added to dafabet account

I made payment of 3000 to Dafabet common wallet on 29th August 2024 12:07 PM IST (GMT + 5:30), Even though amount was debited from my account it's not credited to my Dafabet account ( I paid payment through UPI JuPay : 827320­634­3@f­ree­cha­rge), I have submitted the all the proofs. Even they kept the matter in pending even after multiple follow-ups. I was frustrated and contacted 8273206343 this number through normal call and whats app with proof then I got a call from same number and he threatened me and abused me.

I have all the proof like payment, bank statement to confirm my transaction and bank acknowledgement for the credit of the funds to receiver account and the dafabet customer care service irresponsible behaviour.

If the upi id is not visible fully then you can scan the QR code to confirm the UPI ID.

I've been using this website for past few years never faced such issue, but when I faced dafabet it did not even help me resolve my issue. Requesting please look into this issue asap.

Dear DAFABET CASINO,
Received but after how many days of delay and how mails, chats, and complaint.
For all of your harassment and scoldings which why received from your payment partner and the time I waited, the trauma which I gone through for all of these and my mental wellness I need atleast 15000 compensation.
For what I have been gone through because you guys its still less.
And if you guys added the money the day when i paid I could made more 50000 by it.
So look into my case and give me atleast 15000 compensation for all the things you guys done.
Even if i complained to NPCI they could have provide 100/day means approximately 2100 for this date. so please investigate thoroughly and grant me the compensation.

This cheaters (@dafabet) asked me to provide video recording and bank statements, I have shared those as proof of my transaction via and then after receiving it they are not responding to my complaint but responding to other complaints . Please AskGamblers look into this matter and help me to get my money as I already shared every evidence in this platform🙏

I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues

Hello AskGamblers Team and Dafabet ,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet account because I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues.

I have been a Dafabet customer for a long time, and my account is fully KYC verified. Despite this, my withdrawal requests are repeatedly being rejected or significantly delayed without any valid explanation. I currently have a balance of more than 350,000 in my account, and I am unable to withdraw my funds.

I have contacted Dafabet's live chat support numerous times, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Most responses appear to be automated, and even when I am connected to a human agent, I receive generic replies that do not address my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

I have attached all relevant evidence, including proof of my KYC verification screenshot.

I have seen that AskGamblers has successfully helped many players resolve similar disputes, which is why I am requesting your assistance. I kindly ask you to contact Dafabet on my behalf and help facilitate a fair and prompt resolution so that my withdrawals are processed without any further unnecessary delays.

For privacy reasons, I respectfully request that my Dafabet User ID is not displayed publicly on the complaint page. However, you may share it privately with Dafabet if it is necessary to investigate and resolve my complaint.
