Money debited but funds are not credited for more than 55 days
This is regarding my deposit of INR 935, made on 09/01/2026 at 19:53:14 IST, which remains unresolved despite repeated communications and an extended delay.
You have informed me that the transaction is “flagged for review.” However, no clear timeline, resolution, or accountability has been provided so far. Such prolonged delay without a definite outcome is unacceptable and causes unnecessary inconvenience.
I hereby request the following immediately:
Written confirmation of the current status of the review,
A definite resolution timeline, and
Confirmation whether the amount will be credited to my account or refunded.
If this matter is not resolved within 48 hours, I will be constrained to escalate the issue further through formal complaint channels, including payment service providers and appropriate consumer grievance forums, along with complete transaction evidence.
I trust this issue will be treated with priority and resolved without further delay
