Missing 3486 CNY funds for 50 hours


I am reporting a severe delay in fund processing by Dafabet. On April 23rd, I initiated a wallet transfer (ID 506063395) for 3486.31 CNY, which failed due to their system error. Since then, I have contacted their support and compliance department over 10 times. Despite their repeated "High Priority" promises and even an official complaint filed to FCLRC, my balance remains 0.79. Dafabet is now ignoring my requests and illegally retaining my funds. I request AskGamblers to mediate and help recover my funds.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Dafabet Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

Math Doesn't Lie: A 6 CNY bet cannot consume 3,486 CNY in seconds.
1. The Math Challenge: Dafabet claims I used the funds for betting. My fixed bet was 6 CNY. To lose 3,486 CNY, I would have needed to place 581 bets in a matter of minutes. This is physically and technically impossible.
2. Where are the Logs? If I placed 581 bets, Dafabet should have 581 lines of betting logs. Why haven't they provided them to AskGamblers? Because those bets NEVER HAPPENED.
3. The Silent Points: Once again, if I had placed over 500 bets, my Cash Points would have skyrocketed. They remain at ZERO growth.
4. The Truth: The funds were removed manually during the wallet transfer by their staff. Dafabet is now trying to label a "system error" as "player gameplay."

I challenge Dafabet: Upload the betting history for those 581 rounds of 6 CNY bets here. If you can't, refund the money immediately.

Dafabet Fails to Provide Evidence - Requesting Final Resolution

Thank you, AskGamblers, for your intervention. I would like to point out the following facts regarding Dafabet’s latest response:

1.

Zero Evidence of Gameplay: Dafabet claims I "lost" the funds in slots, but they have failed to provide a timestamped betting history. My own account's betting history for that period is EMPTY. If the money was lost through gameplay, where are the logs?

2.

The "Cash Points" Proof: This is the most critical point. My Cash Points (loyalty points) did NOT increase during the time they claim I lost 3,486 CNY. As per the platform’s logic, any slot wager generates points. Zero points growth proves that NO betting occurred.

3.

Manual Error vs. Gameplay: The funds disappeared during a manual transfer by their staff. Dafabet is trying to cover up a system/manual error by labeling it as a "gambling loss."

4.

Bad Faith Investigation: They keep saying they are "investigating," but it has been days. This is a clear delay tactic.



I request AskGamblers to demand Dafabet to provide:



A complete Betting History for the disputed 3,486 CNY.



A Cash Points Statement for the same period.



If they cannot provide these, it proves the funds were illegally removed.
