I am reporting a severe delay in fund processing by Dafabet. On April 23rd, I initiated a wallet transfer (ID 506063395) for 3486.31 CNY, which failed due to their system error. Since then, I have contacted their support and compliance department over 10 times. Despite their repeated "High Priority" promises and even an official complaint filed to FCLRC, my balance remains 0.79. Dafabet is now ignoring my requests and illegally retaining my funds. I request AskGamblers to mediate and help recover my funds.

Math Doesn't Lie: A 6 CNY bet cannot consume 3,486 CNY in seconds.
1. The Math Challenge: Dafabet claims I used the funds for betting. My fixed bet was 6 CNY. To lose 3,486 CNY, I would have needed to place 581 bets in a matter of minutes. This is physically and technically impossible.
2. Where are the Logs? If I placed 581 bets, Dafabet should have 581 lines of betting logs. Why haven't they provided them to AskGamblers? Because those bets NEVER HAPPENED.
3. The Silent Points: Once again, if I had placed over 500 bets, my Cash Points would have skyrocketed. They remain at ZERO growth.
4. The Truth: The funds were removed manually during the wallet transfer by their staff. Dafabet is now trying to label a "system error" as "player gameplay."

I challenge Dafabet: Upload the betting history for those 581 rounds of 6 CNY bets here. If you can't, refund the money immediately.

Dafabet Fails to Provide Evidence - Requesting Final Resolution

Thank you, AskGamblers, for your intervention. I would like to point out the following facts regarding Dafabet’s latest response:

1.

Zero Evidence of Gameplay: Dafabet claims I "lost" the funds in slots, but they have failed to provide a timestamped betting history. My own account's betting history for that period is EMPTY. If the money was lost through gameplay, where are the logs?

2.

The "Cash Points" Proof: This is the most critical point. My Cash Points (loyalty points) did NOT increase during the time they claim I lost 3,486 CNY. As per the platform’s logic, any slot wager generates points. Zero points growth proves that NO betting occurred.

Manual Error vs. Gameplay: The funds disappeared during a manual transfer by their staff. Dafabet is trying to cover up a system/manual error by labeling it as a "gambling loss."

4.

Bad Faith Investigation: They keep saying they are "investigating," but it has been days. This is a clear delay tactic.

I request AskGamblers to demand Dafabet to provide:

A complete Betting History for the disputed 3,486 CNY.

A Cash Points Statement for the same period.

If they cannot provide these, it proves the funds were illegally removed.

Disabled withdrawal without any reason

This website really harassed me so much that I am forced to file a complaint. First, they took such a long time to verify my account, and now, after a month, the documents got verified; they disabled the withdrawal. Every time I get this error: Sorry, there was an error with your withdrawal. Code 310, and every time I chat with them, they don't even know what this, sometimes they say you unconfirmed deposit and sometimes they say something else. After 04-08, I never made any deposit and whatever they are saying is totally false. I joined Dafabet from 2026.
When I tried to withdraw the funds 3 days ago, I received error 310 (screenshot attached). I contacted customer support and received a response that They will check and I need to wait but dont know how long...?

I ask for help with withdrawing my funds.

Withdrawal showing successfull since 5 days but bank account not credited

I made a withdrawal of INR 40000 on 8/8/2026. After a few hours my withdrawal shows successful on my dafabet accounts payments history page with transaction UTR number displayimg also. After confirming with the support team they told me that the withdrawal is successful and credited to my bank account. However no such transaction with the UTR number displayed has been credited to my bank account yet. The support team is not listening to my concern and giving generic responses only.

I request Askgamblers team to accept my complaint and help me to credit my disputed withdrawal amount.

I am submitting this complaint regarding an uncredited withdrawal from my Dafabet account (Harinandhan123).

On 6th August 2026 at 5:42 PM, I placed two separate, identical withdrawal requests for ₹35,000 INR each:

Transaction ID 1: 524917478 (Successfully credited)

Transaction ID 2: 524917527 (Status marked as "Successful," but funds never reached my bank account)

Although the system marks Transaction 524917527 as "Successful," the funds have not been credited to my bank account. As of today (12th August), it has been 6 calendar days (and 4 full working days excluding the weekend), exceeding Dafabet's processing timeline.

This is not the first time this has happened. Dafabet exhibits a recurring pattern where, whenever two identical withdrawal amounts are requested simultaneously, only one is credited while the second gets stuck/lost, despite showing as "Successful" on their portal.

I have reached out to customer support multiple times, but I keep getting generic automated responses without any concrete resolution or proof of transfer (such as a valid UTR number for bank tracing).

I request AskGamblers' intervention to hold Dafabet accountable. I urge Dafabet to either provide a valid UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number so my bank can trace the missing transfer, OR immediately refund/credit the missing ₹35,000 INR back to my source Dafabet account so I can re-initiate or manage my funds.

I have my bank statements ready to prove that the funds for Transaction 524917527 or 524917478 were never received.

I hope to get this resolved swiftly.

Not completing verification since past month to avoid paying out

Dafabet is creating unnecessary hurdles for me so that i cant withdraw my funds because I'm in profit. They have asked for my verification documents again and again and everytime i submit , they get rejected without any reason. This is going on from past 20 days. I have submitted every document for 6-7 times but they don't take any action. I have talked to their live chat agent and sent multiple emails to resolve my issue but everytime i receive same copy paste reply. I have been patient and i have waited for too long and i have tried every way possible on dafabet to resolve my issue but to no avail. If we lose money then thats fine but if we are in profit, they start harrasing us like this. Please take note. Im attaching some screenshots of my emails.I expect askgamblers to get my complaint resolved. I shall be thankful to Ask gamblers.

Not checking my documents and not releasing withdrawals

hi,

I have sent dafabet my HLV documents including my pan card, aadhar card, selfie with both aadhar and pan card and also my bank ståtement as required by dafabet.

I have been sending my documents for the last 2 weeks; they had verified and approved my account. When I placed another withdrawal, they asked me for documents again, which I sent them 5 days back.

I have received an email from dafabet itself that my documents have been merged and approved; however they are not approving my withdrawal.

I have made several queries regarding status of my withdrawal; they said my documents under validation, but I have received the email from dafabet itself about approval of my HLV documents.

I have attached screenshots of the pending withdrawal and email stating that my documents are merged and approved.

Please go through those documents and help me to get my withdrawal.

Dafabet delayed my withdrawal and my INR 108680 remains unavailable

My Dafabet username is < username removed >, and my current balance is INR 108,679.99.

I have been trying to withdraw my funds since 1 August 2026. On that date, I submitted a withdrawal request for INR 50,000, transaction ID 524259802, but the withdrawal was declined.

What concerns me is that the verification process did not begin promptly after my withdrawal attempt. I had already been trying to access my funds since 1 August, but Dafabet only requested verification documents around 8 August, approximately one week after my first withdrawal attempt.

I submitted the requested documents as soon as they were requested. My account now shows “Documents under review,” but the verification has still not been completed and I remain unable to withdraw my balance.

Therefore, the delay in my case did not begin only when the documents were submitted. I had already been unable to withdraw my money for approximately a week before the verification request was even initiated.

I have fully cooperated with the verification process and I am willing to provide any legitimate additional documents if required. However, I do not believe I should continue facing unnecessary delays in accessing my own funds.

I respectfully ask Dafabet to complete my verification without further delay and allow me to withdraw my INR 108,679.99 balance, or provide a clear explanation for why my withdrawal and verification process has taken this long.

I am really fed with them now, I made a deposit of 3950 usdt via crypto and the money is not credited to my dafa bet acc. Sometimes they say we will send back refund and sometime they say we will credit it soon. I sent all proofs including hash id and screenshots. Whenevr I chat or email them, they just giving copy paste replies, so askgamblers pls help my deposit getting credited to dafabet acc asap, thank you.
