Missing 150 EUR deposit for 19 days

The funds (150.00 EUR) were successfully processed and received by Dafabet's official merchant partner: Emphasis Services Ltd. The unique Transaction ID for this deposit is 509079143.
It has been 19 days, and the funds are still completely missing from my account balance.
Today (May 25), I contacted their support channels, and the experience has been shockingly chaotic:
1. The Live Chat agent completely mixed up my case, claimed I deposited INR 2,000, and warned me "not to escalate to authorities or social media."
2. I sent a formal ultimatum email with full proof. In response, their email support automated bot system sent me multiple replies within 2 minutes, claiming they are looking for an "INR 150.00" deposit (less than 2 USD) and telling me to use an Indian UPI guide.
I am a European player who paid EUR to their European merchant, yet their customer service is entirely broken and keeps spamming irrelevant Indian templates while withholding my 150 EUR.
I request Dafabet Management to bypass their incompetent automated bots, manually locate Transaction ID 509079143 within Emphasis Services Ltd's records, and credit the converted equivalent to my USD wallet immediately.
