Manual withdrawal delayed for months

I am writing to express my concern regarding my manual withdrawal request of INR 10400. For the past two days, I have been receiving the same email informing me that my request is under review, but there has been no update or resolution.

This delay is causing significant inconvenience, and I Kindly request that you expedite the process and refund my money as soon as possible. If there are any issues with the withdrawal request, please let me know immediately so i can provide any necessary information or resolve the matter.

And I also tried to reopen my account times as you can check in screenshot I sent documents on 1 April but there is no proper response from dafabet team
