KYC and withdraw request delayed 3x

When I started to gamble they verified my account after I sent documents (back in 2022). Then I requested to withdraw three (3) times. They always asked me for new documentation (ID+selfie) via email. I always sent them back all required documents almost instantly (ID, driver's license, selfies). This is repeated nonstop, I never get full answer about my documents, they are always sending same message back.

Problem in short: I requested withdrawal, they are asking for KYC, I sent them required documents and then they never answered me back. This situation repeated for 3 times.

My request: I want my account verified and my balance (490€) to be paid out.

Again, if Dafabet Casino needs anything else from my side, then I am ready to work with them to find solution together!

Issue with withdrawal error 310

I am a regular Dafabet user and have been actively using the platform for some time. For the past two months, however, I have been completely unable to withdraw my funds. Every withdrawal attempt returns the same error message:

"Sorry, there was an error with withdraw code: 310."

The problem has persisted for over two months now. I first reached out through Dafabet's live chat support but received no meaningful resolution. I then escalated the matter by emailing their support team, but I have only received automated replies that have nothing to do with my actual issue.

I want to emphasize that my account is fully KYC verified, and I have already submitted all the required documents. There are no pending verification requests on my end, which makes this withdrawal error even more frustrating and unjustified.

I currently have approximately ₹105,000 (INR) held in my account, and this error is preventing me from accessing any of it.
