Issues with Skrill withdrawal

I am filing this complaint regarding two deposits that were successfully debited from my bank account but have still not been credited to my gaming wallet.

Furthermore, the cashier page still shows both transactions as Pending, even after several days. The funds are neither available in my wallet nor returned to my bank account.

I have contacted customer support and live chat multiple times, but they continue to provide the same standard response without giving any clear explanation, update, or resolution timeline. Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved.

As of today, a total amount of ₹13,400 is being withheld, and I have received no meaningful assistance from the casino.

I kindly request AskGamblers to intervene and help resolve this matter.

Despite my repeated efforts to resolve this matter through your live chat support channel, I regret to inform you that no meaningful action has been taken, and my account balance still does not reflect the funds that were successfully deducted from my personal wallet.

The transaction in question is a deposit of $15, which I initiated with the expectation that it would be credited to my Dafabet casino balance instantly, as per your standard terms and conditions. However, upon completing the transaction, I noticed that while the $15 was immediately deducted from my wallet, my Dafabet account balance remained unchanged. I understand that technical glitches can sometimes occur, and I initially approached this issue with patience and understanding. However, my patience has now been exhausted, as it has been more than five days since I first reported this problem.

I would like to file a complaint regarding the excessive delay in my account verification and the pending status of my withdrawals.

I submitted all required verification documents within the timeframe requested by the casino. Customer support informed me that the verification process would be completed within a specified period; however, that timeframe has long since passed and my account verification remains unresolved.

As a result, my withdrawal requests continue to remain pending. Despite multiple follow-ups with customer support, I have not received a clear explanation for the delay or a definite timeframe for resolution. Instead, I continue to receive generic responses asking for further patience.

I have fully cooperated throughout the process and provided all requested documentation. The prolonged delay is causing significant frustration and concern, especially considering that my funds remain inaccessible while the verification process remains unfinished.

I respectfully request intervention to help resolve this matter and ensure that my account verification is completed and my pending withdrawals are processed without further unnecessary delay.

I would like to raise a formal complaint against Dafabet regarding my pending withdrawal and repeated withdrawal rejections.
My Dafabet account username is Oourddin and my registered email is [email protected].
I had a significant wagering requirement pending, and during that period Dafabet had already restricted my account and reduced my betting limit to below ₹100. Even under those restrictions, I continued playing and completed the wagering requirement.
After completing the wagering, my withdrawal amount became ₹202,396. However, Dafabet has continuously delayed, cancelled, or declined my withdrawal requests instead of processing my funds.
From my withdrawal history, I have faced multiple rejected or cancelled withdrawals, including:

Dafabet also asked me to submit verification documents. I complied and uploaded the requested documents. Their own system notifications show:
On 05/06/2026, they confirmed my documents had been submitted and were under review, with review time up to 72 hours.
On 12/06/2026, they again asked me to upload required documents according to instructions sent to my registered email or phone.
On 14/06/2026, they again confirmed that my documents had been submitted and were under review.

This clearly shows that I have been cooperating and submitting the requested documents. Despite that, my withdrawals continue to be delayed or declined, and I have not received a proper, final, transparent explanation.
My concern is simple: if Dafabet had compliance concerns, they should have clearly resolved them during verification. It is unfair to let me complete wagering, repeatedly request documents, and still keep declining or delaying my withdrawal without a clear resolution.
I respectfully request AskGamblers to intervene and ask Dafabet to clarify:
Why my withdrawal requests have been repeatedly declined or cancelled
Why my documents are repeatedly requested even after submission
Whether my verification is approved or if any specific document is still pending
On what exact rule or term they are withholding or delaying my funds
When my full withdrawal amount of ₹202,396 will be processed

I request a fair resolution and immediate processing of my withdrawal.
