Issues with Skrill withdrawal

Hi dafabet is not paying me withdraw in my same skrill account in which they gave me withdraw in 2018,2019,2020 and even last withdraw on January 27,2021 they are saying me you name is not matching they have no problem when they send me 94.7$ withdraw but they have name mismatch issue on withdraw more then 1000$.

As the player has been advised, we will not forward funds to a Skrill account which does not match his registered name with us. We have supporting ID documents, and as I am sure you will appreciate, we have to protect and maintain the integrity of our business and of our customers.

The solution is to simply correct his incorrect details in his Skrill account and we will process his payment.

I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues

Hello AskGamblers Team and Dafabet ,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet account because I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues.

I have been a Dafabet customer for a long time, and my account is fully KYC verified. Despite this, my withdrawal requests are repeatedly being rejected or significantly delayed without any valid explanation. I currently have a balance of more than 350,000 in my account, and I am unable to withdraw my funds.

I have contacted Dafabet's live chat support numerous times, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Most responses appear to be automated, and even when I am connected to a human agent, I receive generic replies that do not address my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

I have attached all relevant evidence, including proof of my KYC verification screenshot.

I have seen that AskGamblers has successfully helped many players resolve similar disputes, which is why I am requesting your assistance. I kindly ask you to contact Dafabet on my behalf and help facilitate a fair and prompt resolution so that my withdrawals are processed without any further unnecessary delays.

For privacy reasons, I respectfully request that my Dafabet User ID is not displayed publicly on the complaint page. However, you may share it privately with Dafabet if it is necessary to investigate and resolve my complaint.
