Complaint Description:

I made a deposit of ₹21,000 on 25th September 2025 to Dafabet using UPI (PhonePe). The payment was successfully debited from my bank account, and I have clear evidence from PhonePe showing the transaction was completed.

However, even after multiple days, the deposit has not been added to my Dafabet account balance. It still shows as Pending in Dafabet’s transaction history.

I contacted Dafabet support and they asked for a bank statement PDF proving the debit. I have provided all requested documents, including the transaction receipt, UTR, and verification screenshots. Despite this, there has been no resolution and no funds credited.

This is a serious issue involving ₹21,000 of my personal funds which Dafabet received but failed to credit. I have never faced such delays with any responsible gaming platform.

What I Request:

I request AskGamblers to intervene immediately and help ensure one of the following outcomes:

Credit the ₹21,000 to my Dafabet account without further delay,

OR

Refund the amount back to my bank account promptly.

I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues

Hello AskGamblers Team and Dafabet ,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet account because I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues.

I have been a Dafabet customer for a long time, and my account is fully KYC verified. Despite this, my withdrawal requests are repeatedly being rejected or significantly delayed without any valid explanation. I currently have a balance of more than 350,000 in my account, and I am unable to withdraw my funds.

I have contacted Dafabet's live chat support numerous times, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Most responses appear to be automated, and even when I am connected to a human agent, I receive generic replies that do not address my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

I have attached all relevant evidence, including proof of my KYC verification screenshot.

I have seen that AskGamblers has successfully helped many players resolve similar disputes, which is why I am requesting your assistance. I kindly ask you to contact Dafabet on my behalf and help facilitate a fair and prompt resolution so that my withdrawals are processed without any further unnecessary delays.

For privacy reasons, I respectfully request that my Dafabet User ID is not displayed publicly on the complaint page. However, you may share it privately with Dafabet if it is necessary to investigate and resolve my complaint.
