INR 1000 pending in DafaSports

I added INR 1000 to Dafabet Casino on 29th Nov 2024.

The amount got debited from my bank account but the amount till now not been added.

I have followed up with Customer support multiple times but they are saying will secure the amount and add it.

But it's almost 13 days now, amount has not been added to my wallet.

In Dafabet Casino transaction history it's showing as Failed.

I tried to call them multiple times but they just said the amount is yet to be secured also mail was sent but they did not respond.

I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues

Hello AskGamblers Team and Dafabet ,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet account because I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues.

I have been a Dafabet customer for a long time, and my account is fully KYC verified. Despite this, my withdrawal requests are repeatedly being rejected or significantly delayed without any valid explanation. I currently have a balance of more than 350,000 in my account, and I am unable to withdraw my funds.

I have contacted Dafabet's live chat support numerous times, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Most responses appear to be automated, and even when I am connected to a human agent, I receive generic replies that do not address my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

I have attached all relevant evidence, including proof of my KYC verification screenshot.

I have seen that AskGamblers has successfully helped many players resolve similar disputes, which is why I am requesting your assistance. I kindly ask you to contact Dafabet on my behalf and help facilitate a fair and prompt resolution so that my withdrawals are processed without any further unnecessary delays.

For privacy reasons, I respectfully request that my Dafabet User ID is not displayed publicly on the complaint page. However, you may share it privately with Dafabet if it is necessary to investigate and resolve my complaint.
