Incorrect deposit amount entered and deposit not credited

Dear Support Team,

I am writing to report an unresolved issue regarding a deposit I made on 22nd May 2025 at 10:59:07 PM, with Reference Number: 441838338.

While making the deposit, I mistakenly entered ₹1,300 as the amount, but I actually transferred ₹10,300 from my bank account. Unfortunately, neither ₹1,300 nor ₹10,300 has been credited to my account so far.

I have raised this concern multiple times, but no action or resolution has been taken yet. This has caused considerable inconvenience.

Request for Immediate Action:

Please verify the actual amount received (₹10,300) against the provided reference number.

Credit the correct amount of ₹10,300 to my account without further delay.

Share an update or resolution status at the earliest.

I am also ready to share my bank transaction proof or any additional details required to support this request.

Kindly treat this as urgent and resolve the issue at the earliest.

Partial Withdrawal Not Received for More Than 15 Days

I am submitting this complaint because my withdrawal has not been fully processed, and I have been unable to get any meaningful assistance from customer support.

I requested a withdrawal of ₹40,000 INR on 23/06/2026.

Out of the ₹40,000:

₹15,000 was successfully credited to my bank account.

₹10,000 was returned to my Dafabet wallet.

However, the remaining ₹15,000 has neither been credited to my bank account nor returned to my Dafabet wallet.

It has now been more than 15 days, and I still have not received the missing ₹15,000.

I have contacted customer support several times, but they keep giving me the same generic response without providing any update, proof of payment, or resolution.

To help verify my claim, I am also attaching my bank statement, which clearly shows that the remaining ₹15,000 has not been credited to my account.

I kindly request AskGamblers to assist in resolving this matter and ask Dafabet to either:

Credit the missing ₹15,000 to my bank account, or

Return the amount to my Dafabet wallet immediately if the transfer has failed.

I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues

Hello AskGamblers Team and Dafabet ,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet account because I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues.

I have been a Dafabet customer for a long time, and my account is fully KYC verified. Despite this, my withdrawal requests are repeatedly being rejected or significantly delayed without any valid explanation. I currently have a balance of more than 350,000 in my account, and I am unable to withdraw my funds.

I have contacted Dafabet's live chat support numerous times, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Most responses appear to be automated, and even when I am connected to a human agent, I receive generic replies that do not address my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

I have attached all relevant evidence, including proof of my KYC verification screenshot.

I have seen that AskGamblers has successfully helped many players resolve similar disputes, which is why I am requesting your assistance. I kindly ask you to contact Dafabet on my behalf and help facilitate a fair and prompt resolution so that my withdrawals are processed without any further unnecessary delays.

Deposit amount not credited yet to my account

On 1st July made deposit of Rs 14000 to casino using phonepe UPI the transaction successfully completed and money debited but when I check the dafa account it's not there and the staff saying it's not secured still and asked me to send the transaction details. I sent them but it's 5 days now no update about my money.

Issue With Dafabet Casino Explaination :

Its been more then 60 plus days i have been waiting for my deposit to be credited by Dafabet.

I have contacted Live Chat support and Live Call Support but they dont respond to me and end the chat manually on the Live chat.

On Support Call,

They always tell me same thing " As soon as possible it will be credited " but since last 2 months i am hearing same thing via Call Support by all the support team agents but my funds have still not been credited.

I hereby request Askgamblers to help me get back both my deposited amount as soon as possible.
