Ignoring manual withdrawal request after all documents submitted
Dear AskGamblers Team,
I am submitting this complaint against Dafabet regarding my pending manual withdrawal request which has not been processed despite all documents being submitted as per the operator's instructions.
Details of the case:

2. Transaction Amount: INR 59,000.00 (Manual withdrawal request)
Case Summary:
Dafabet declined my online withdrawal and instructed me to apply for a manual withdrawal.
As per Dafabet's request, I provided all required details including valid Government ID, complete bank account details, and all relevant documents.
On 6th May 2025, I was informed by Dafabet's support team that my documents are under review and manual withdrawal will be processed soon.
Despite multiple follow-ups (latest on 13th May 2025), I have received only generic responses from Dafabet's support team stating "wait for update". No concrete action has been taken by Dafabet, and my funds are still on hold.
This has caused me unnecessary financial hardship and mental harassment.

My Request to AskGamblers:
I request AskGamblers to kindly intervene and instruct Dafabet to immediately process my pending manual withdrawal of INR 59,000.00. Dafabet has failed to honor its commitment despite fulfilling all requirements from my side.
This delay and ignorance is a serious violation of fair gaming policies and reflects poorly on the operator's practices.
Please assist me in getting my rightful withdrawal processed.
