Hi Respected Teams,

I have an Account Verification and my Withdrawals on pending issue with Dafabet Casino which i have been using since a long time now.
I requested for withdrawal around 14-15 times but all of them are still on Pending mode till now.
I was asked for Verification, I uploaded all the requested documents including My ID CARD Bank statement electricity Bill and Selfie with my ID card aswell but its now been more then 3 Weeks Almost 21 Days I have not got my withdrawals nor my account verified Yet.

This is a serious Delay and very serious concern as Dafabet is a reputated company worldwide and They cannot delay customers for more then 10 days but I have been delayed for more then 20 days till today.

I have contacted and tried contacting Live-Chat support of dafabet Everyday almost but it seems they dont have anything under their control to help me.
The Support team of dafabet keeps responding with messages like - I am sorry for any stress this delay has caused you.
Your experience matters to us,i deeply regret the inconvenience,
I followed up to our relevant team.
Then when they finally cannot help,They End the Chat.

The Support team are just kept as BOTS who everytime i contact them Respond back with these same messages to me.

Following a careful review of valid information and proof presented by Dafabet Casino management, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has reasonable grounds to suspect that the player might have been involved in committing potential fraudulent activities.

Following a thorough investigation, we have identified multiple instances of serious violations of Dafabet’s Affiliate Terms and Conditions associated with your account. This includes but is not limited to:

1. Evidence that several player accounts, including NAMITA299, JAHIDUR23, SUJAN765, DUTTA07, and DIPAK366, which you previously raised concerns about in the case of NAMITA299, are directly linked to you. Our investigation revealed that these accounts registered through your affiliate link and share IP addresses and bank details, not only with each other but also with you.

2. A violation of Clause 9 of the Dafabet Affiliate Terms and Conditions, which clearly states:

"You are prohibited from playing at any of the Sites promoted by Dafabet through your own affiliate link or from the affiliate link of an associate who shares all or part of the commission with you or a third party. This shall include any individuals or playing groups from which you receive compensation or remuneration of any kind. In the event of violation of this provision, Dafabet and/or the operator of the Site that has played with, shall have the right to void all play and eliminate any earned commissions applicable from such play and terminate your registration as an affiliate and this Agreement, as well as void any future play at the Sites."

The AskGamblers Complaint Team maintains zero tolerance towards players trying to abuse our complaint service and not using it in a good faith. Therefore, we made the decision to reject this complaint and to impose a permanent ban on the player to use our services from now on.

I am writing to file an official complaint against the betting platform Dafabet regarding their continued negligence in verifying my documents.

On their request, I provided the following documents for KYC verification:

Despite submitting all the required documents clearly and in accordance with Dafabet’s guidelines, the status remains pending, and I am recieveing unrelevant bot replies from their support email.

Furthermore, I would like to clarify that the total disputed amount in this case is ₹2,12,000.

Withdrawal Disabled and Processing my withdrawal

My Dafabet account’s withdrawal function has been disabled

Username - < username removed > by the Dafabet team without providing any prior notice or explanation. As a result, I am unable to withdraw my funds from my Dafabet wallet.

I have repeatedly contacted their live chat support team, but my issue remains unresolved. Instead of providing a proper response or solution, I keep receiving generic, pre-written messages from their bots.

I have also contacted their email support team and sent emails regarding this issue. However, I have received only irrelevant automated responses, with no proper explanation or resolution from their side.

This situation has caused me significant stress and anxiety because my funds remain inaccessible, and I have no clear information about when my withdrawal facility will be restored.

The total amount of my funds currently stuck in my Dafabet account is ₹1,80,000

I am raising this complaint regarding an unresolved INR 99,950 withdrawal from Dafabet.

Dafabet marked this withdrawal as successful and provided a UTR. However, the amount has not been credited to my bank account.

On 6 October 2026, Dafabet support informed me that the payment had been processed on their end and that local bank transfers could take 1–4 banking days. I was also informed that the Payments Team would review the issue.

Despite following up with customer support, I have continued to receive generic responses without a clear resolution. As of 19 October 2026, the amount has neither been credited to my bank account nor refunded to my Dafabet wallet.

I have experienced previous withdrawal issues with Dafabet, including transactions that were eventually returned to my wallet. I am therefore concerned about the handling of this withdrawal and the lack of a clear resolution.

I even checked with my bank side and they confirmed UTR not traceable.

I request AskGamblers to help me obtain:

1. A proper investigation into transaction ID 531160567.
2. Verifiable proof of the actual payment status and transfer details.
3. If the transfer failed, an immediate refund of INR 99,950 to my Dafabet wallet, or successful payment to my bank account.

Providing my bank statement showing the missing credit, and correspondence with Dafabet support.

I request a specific resolution rather than another generic response stating that the payment has been processed.

I currently have a balance of 430.80 USD that I am unable to withdraw.

I am stuck in an endless loop with their system and support team.

Every time I submit a withdrawal request or provide what they ask for, it gets rejected, and I am forced to start the entire process over again. They are completely blocking my payout without giving any clear reason.

Asked for verification but error is coming while uploading the documents

I was told to send my documents for account verification. I already verified my account but still dafabet asked me to verify my account. So in order to verify my account, I was told to submit my documents in my account section. While I was uploading my documents, an error was keep on coming. I mailed them this issue but I am keep getting the bot reply that upload it in account section. I mailed dafabet my documents multiple times but still getting the same response.
I have attached screenshots and want dafabet to resolve my issue as soon as possible.
