I deposited money in dafabet but they are not updating my balance

I deposited 1750 rupees in dafabet sports through phonepe upi. I submitted the payment details after payment. it's been more than 8 days but still the balance is not updated in my account. I contacted dafabet customer care through live chat but no one will come to live chat all are bots only. I contacted them through emails I sent more than 100 emails. But only bots will reply back. They will not respond to our emails. They will say we are still checking the payment. I think they are scamming people. Do please don't use dafabet. I am begging them to update the balance which I paid to them. So please help me with this issue and update my balance dafabet. I am helpless with your customer care because they don't care once they receive money.

Kindly provide the transaction ID and deposit slip for us to be able to check. Upon preliminary investigation this user doesn't have any pending transaction, all are either successful transactions or duplicate claims.

If you mean the transaction 353758849, it is already successful.

I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues

Hello AskGamblers Team and Dafabet ,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet account because I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues.

I have been a Dafabet customer for a long time, and my account is fully KYC verified. Despite this, my withdrawal requests are repeatedly being rejected or significantly delayed without any valid explanation. I currently have a balance of more than 350,000 in my account, and I am unable to withdraw my funds.

I have contacted Dafabet's live chat support numerous times, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Most responses appear to be automated, and even when I am connected to a human agent, I receive generic replies that do not address my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

I have attached all relevant evidence, including proof of my KYC verification screenshot.

I have seen that AskGamblers has successfully helped many players resolve similar disputes, which is why I am requesting your assistance. I kindly ask you to contact Dafabet on my behalf and help facilitate a fair and prompt resolution so that my withdrawals are processed without any further unnecessary delays.
