I am filing this complaint against Dafabet for declining my withdrawal despite submitting the requested verification documents.

Dafabet asked me to provide the front and back of my Aadhaar card, along with photographs of myself holding the front and back of the card. I attempted to upload these documents through my account, but the upload section was showing an error. I immediately informed Dafabet about this issue and emailed all the requested documents to [email protected] on the very same day they requested them.

Despite submitting the documents and following up with their team, my withdrawal request was declined. I have now submitted two new withdrawal requests, but I am concerned about further delays despite having already complied with their verification requirements.

I request AskGamblers to intervene and help me get my withdrawal processed. I have cooperated with Dafabet’s verification process and provided the requested documents through email when their website’s upload functionality was not working.

My expectation is that Dafabet processes my new withdrawal requests without further unnecessary delays. I am seeking the release of my funds, not another prolonged verification process for documents I have already submitted.

I registered on Dafabet India in June of this year. I started playing at the end of August. I played fairly. I made deposits totaling over 650,000 INR!!! At one point, a lot of bets came in and my balance was 2,753,000 INR. I placed a withdrawal request. It was pending for a few days, then it was cancelled, and my verification process began!

They asked me for photos, which I provided immediately. The first verification lasted a week. No one said anything until I wrote in the chat. They asked me for new photos, which I provided. Then the verification process took even longer, I wrote in the chat, and they said the verification was still in progress.

Then they asked for photos a third time, which I provided again.

Now they have asked me for photos for the fourth time, under the pretext that the photos are blurry, although everything is perfectly clear in them! And this time they need to be uploaded not on the website, but sent by email. Which I did again! Verification has been going on for over a month!!!

AskGamblers can you help me get my funds???

Hello AskGamblers Team and Dafabet Representative, I am filing a formal complaint against Dafabet regarding the UNLAWFUL RETENTION OF FUNDS and system deadlock on my account (Username: SAMUDINOV04). The amount in dispute is 1,068.24 USDT. My account is fully verified. Currently, my real cash balance is 1,068.24 USDT, and there is an active loyalty bonus with a remaining wagering requirement of 160.00 USDT. The casino platform blocks my withdrawal with "Code: 311", demanding that I complete the wager. However, the Dafabet Risk Team has strictly restricted my maximum betting limit to ZERO ("You are not permitted to place wagers online"). This creates an absolute technical paradox: the casino forces me to complete a 160 USDT wager but physically blocks me from placing a single bet. According to Paragraph 4 of Dafabet's official Promotion Regulations, every customer has the right to forfeit an active bonus at any time. I have repeatedly contacted customer support via live chat and email requesting a MANUAL BONUS FORFEIT (deducting the initial bonus and unlocking my remaining real money for withdrawal). Instead of resolving this system error, customer support ignores the paradox and constantly replies with automated templates. This is a deliberate withholding of my personal funds. I request that Dafabet to manually remove the 160 USDT wager block and fully process my 1,068.24 USDT crypto withdrawal immediately.
