Formal Complaint Regarding Non Receipt of Approved Withdrawal INR 32000

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my withdrawal request of INR 32,000, which was approved on 23rd May 2025 at 00:17:15 AM IST, as per your email dated 12th June 2025. Despite the stated timeframe of 1–4 banking days (excluding weekends and holidays), I have still not received the amount in my bank account, even after more than three weeks have passed since the approval.
This delay is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the reliability of your withdrawal processing. I have already waited beyond the maximum promised timeframe, and this issue is causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
Kindly look into this matter urgently and provide a clear update with a resolution at the earliest. If the amount has already been processed, please provide the transaction reference number and bank transfer details for further follow-up.
If I do not receive a satisfactory response soon, I will be compelled to escalate this matter to relevant financial complaint forums and consumer grievance platforms.
