I am filing this complaint against Dafabet due to **multiple deposits not being credited to my gaming account**, despite successful deductions from my bank account and repeated follow-ups for more than a month.

The issue began on **15/12/2025**, and since then several deposits made by me were **successfully debited from my bank**, but **never reflected in my Dafabet account**.

I have already **confirmed with my bank** that all the above transactions were **successfully processed and debited**. I have provided Dafabet with **all required proofs**, including transaction IDs and bank statements.

### Communication with Dafabet:

For the past **34 days**, I have been consistently **emailing Dafabet support and contacting their live chat**. Unfortunately, I only receive **repetitive canned responses**, such as:

> “We have followed up with the payment team and they are working non-stop. Your funds will be credited as soon as possible.”

Despite these repeated assurances:

* No exact reason for the delay has been explained
* No concrete timeline has been provided
* No progress or resolution has been achieved

Keeping a player’s money pending for over a month without transparency or accountability is **unacceptable and unprofessional**.

### What I Am Requesting:

1. Immediate credit of **INR 15,400** to my Dafabet account **OR**
2. A full refund of the pending amount back to my bank account
3. A clear explanation for the excessive delay and lack of resolution

I respectfully request **AskGamblers’ assistance** to mediate this matter and help ensure a fair and timely resolution.

This level of delay reflects very poorly on your customer service. I expect an immediate and detailed update explaining why this has taken so long and exactly when it will be resolved. Please treat this as an urgent complaint and prioritize my case accordingly.
