Disabled withdrawals and technical issue while submitting documents
I am facing an ongoing issue with my Dafabet account regarding withdrawal and document verification.
My name is <removed> and my Dafabet username is juweda87.
My withdrawal has been disabled by Dafabet, and I was instructed by their support team to upload verification documents through the account section. However, every time I try to submit my documents, I receive the error code DU03, even though the file is selected successfully.
I have already tried all the troubleshooting steps suggested by Dafabet multiple times, including:
Clearing cache and cookies
Trying different browsers
Using a mobile and a laptop
Repeating the upload process several times, the issue still continues, which clearly suggests this is a technical problem from Dafabet’s side.
In addition, I have already sent all my required verification documents by email as well to documents@dafabet.com, but I have still not received any proper response or resolution.
I have contacted both live chat support and email support many times, but unfortunately, I only keep receiving repetitive copy-paste replies instead of actual help. I also requested them to manually review and accept my documents since their upload system is not working, but no proper action has been taken.
Because of this issue, I am unable to complete verification and cannot access my withdrawal.
I kindly request that AskGamblers intervene and contact Dafabet on my behalf to help resolve this matter.
I would like AskGamblers to request Dafabet to-
1-Resolve the DU03 document upload error
2-Review and verify the documents I have already submitted by email
3-Restore my withdrawal functionality as soon as possible.
I am fully willing to cooperate and provide any additional documents if needed.
