Deposits of 30k and 25k not credited

Hi,

I have been playing casino in dafabet from so many years. In recent times, UPI payment methods have not been successfully operated by Dafabet. I have done the two transactions in recent time,s one is 30k and one is 25k. Neither is credited to my Dafabet account, nor are there any updates. I don't see any proper response from Dafabet.

30k - I have scanned the QR payment, which has been debited from my bank account. When I have submitted the UTR number, the page has shown an error. after that, i have submitted the deposit payslip to the cashier page to the pending tab. After submission, also i havent got any response. Meanwhile, I have checked with Google Pay customer support as well as my bank. They mentioned that the amount has been credited to the merchant. So there won't be any chargeback. in this case, there is no support from the app, the bank, and the Dafabet customer support, since everthing isan automated system. Call support is also not active.

25k: In this deposit, my account was debited through the Dafabet QR code. Payment was successful,but the amount has not been credited to the Dafabet account. I have followed all the procedures. Same results. No proper support.

I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues

Hello AskGamblers Team and Dafabet ,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet account because I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues.

I have been a Dafabet customer for a long time, and my account is fully KYC verified. Despite this, my withdrawal requests are repeatedly being rejected or significantly delayed without any valid explanation. I currently have a balance of more than 350,000 in my account, and I am unable to withdraw my funds.

I have contacted Dafabet's live chat support numerous times, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Most responses appear to be automated, and even when I am connected to a human agent, I receive generic replies that do not address my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

I have attached all relevant evidence, including proof of my KYC verification screenshot.

I have seen that AskGamblers has successfully helped many players resolve similar disputes, which is why I am requesting your assistance. I kindly ask you to contact Dafabet on my behalf and help facilitate a fair and prompt resolution so that my withdrawals are processed without any further unnecessary delays.

For privacy reasons, I respectfully request that my Dafabet User ID is not displayed publicly on the complaint page. However, you may share it privately with Dafabet if it is necessary to investigate and resolve my complaint.
