I have added 5000 rs in dafabet casino on 24th Nov 2024 amount got debited from my bank account but amount till now not added i have followed up with cx support multiple times but they are saying will secure the amount and add.

But its almost 13 days till now amount not added in wallet

In dafabet casino transaction history its showing as Failed.
