I have deposited the amount of 30,000 INR on 18th October at 12:37 pm but it's showing failed in the history.
Whenever I raise a complaint, the support staff replies, "We are yet to secure the amount, the amount will be added once confirmed." all the time.
I am attaching the deposit slip for the reference.
