Deposited 40000 INR not reflected in Dafabet account

Hello ,
I have deposited 40000 INR on Jan 4th at 10:43:02 AM to dafabet through UPI and submitted a payment proof. It's been more than 3 days and I have been sending mails to the support team but they have responded to any of my deposit concerns . I have called them but no response from them . I got frustrated and have live chat with agents plenty of times but it's of no use as everything they say is " our team is deligently working on it and asked me to give them some time "but there no end to this as Everytime it's the same repeated cycle of conversations.Hence Im approaching AGCCS to kindly help me to kindly deposit the money into my dafabet account.

After reading your reply as well as having a live chat with the agents in the Dafabet , it seems like the money is not received from your end . However , the money is deducted from my account and even the merchant UPI is provided by the Dafabet itself , so if the Dafabet cannot recover from the UPI mentioned by them itself then what's the use of giving those UPIs to the customers for depositing the money. It seems like its a the issue from your end , kindly don't drag me around for your irresponsibility. This is not a small amount and you guys are not even providing any proofs . Kindly provide proofs so that I can raise a dispute charge with my bank or else kindly deposit my money back to my dafabet account. I have been seeing few of the similar cases on Dafabet deposit and this is a serious issue for customers like me who are losing trust . Kindly resolve this concern and please provide closure asap.

I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues

Hello AskGamblers Team and Dafabet ,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet account because I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues.

I have been a Dafabet customer for a long time, and my account is fully KYC verified. Despite this, my withdrawal requests are repeatedly being rejected or significantly delayed without any valid explanation. I currently have a balance of more than 350,000 in my account, and I am unable to withdraw my funds.

I have contacted Dafabet's live chat support numerous times, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Most responses appear to be automated, and even when I am connected to a human agent, I receive generic replies that do not address my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

I have attached all relevant evidence, including proof of my KYC verification screenshot.

I have seen that AskGamblers has successfully helped many players resolve similar disputes, which is why I am requesting your assistance. I kindly ask you to contact Dafabet on my behalf and help facilitate a fair and prompt resolution so that my withdrawals are processed without any further unnecessary delays.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the rejection of my withdrawal request of INR 10,000 from my Dafabet account.

I registered on your platform as a first-time user and made my first deposit of INR 1,000 using the First Deposit Bonus (FDB) promotion. After the bonus was credited, I carefully complied with the bonus terms and completed the required wagering requirement of approximately INR 44,000 before submitting my withdrawal request.

However, my withdrawal request for INR 10,000 was declined without any explanation. I request that you provide a clear and detailed reason for rejecting my withdrawal.

Please note the following:

1. I have only one Dafabet account, and I have not created or used any duplicate accounts.
2. During registration, I submitted all the required verification documents, and my account was successfully verified by your team.
3. Since I have completed the wagering requirements, I believe my withdrawal should be processed in accordance with your promotional terms and conditions.

I therefore request that you either:

Process my withdrawal of INR 10,000 to my registered bank account without further delay, or
