Deposited 30000INR on 30th Jan 2025 and there is no response from support team

I've requested for email id change under ticket (Email id change request - REDDY6302 | Ticket #1379918) from < email #1 masked > pr***[email protected] to < email #2 masked > om***[email protected], but instead of changing it to < email #2 masked > om***[email protected], your team updated it as < email #3 masked >

om***79@dafafun.com.

What is this extension @dafafun.com ??? I haven't asked you to update this as email in anyone of my mails but from where did you get it ??? ( Refer below mail communication screenshots attached)

It was your mistake , someone in your team internally made a typing mistake and update the email as < email #3 masked > om***79@dafafun.com instead of correct email < email #2 masked > om***[email protected]

Now I'm unable to get any emails from Dafabet to my both new and old emails (< email #1 masked > pr***[email protected] and < email #2 masked > om***[email protected])

Even I tried to retrieve my account but it's not taking my email address, saying to reverify the data.

I've contacted LIVE CHAT and they sent a test email to my registered email id linked to REDDY6302 but I've never received that test mail to anyone of my emails (< email #1 masked > pr***[email protected] and < email #2 masked > om***[email protected])

I have a balance of 99000 in my Dafabet account, and for withdrawal they have asked my documents.

I have submitted all my documents and sent the documents from mail, also it's been two weeks no reply from dafabet chat. I have contacted them through email also they are not responding properly.

I am facing an issue with my Dafabet withdrawal of ₹58,300.

Dafabet marked the withdrawal as Successful on 31/08/2026 at 15:48:56 IST, but the amount has not been credited to my bank account. It's been almost 9 days since I've been getting the same generic response from Dafabet CS, and days are passing without an update.

I contacted Dafabet several times and provided the bank statement they requested. I also checked with my bank, but the transaction/UTR is not traceable, and no credit has been received.

Dafabet has informed me that the issue is being checked by their Payments Team, but I am still waiting for the withdrawal amount.

I have attached the bank statement as proof.

Please help me resolve this issue and get my ₹58,300 credited.

I am submitting this complaint because I have been unable to successfully withdraw my funds from Dafabet despite completing the requested account verification.

My first withdrawal attempt for INR 30,000 was made on 19 August 2026 under Transaction ID 526312765. This withdrawal was declined.

I subsequently completed Dafabet's verification requirements and submitted the requested documents. My documents have now been officially approved, and my account is shown as Verified. The Documents section specifically confirms: “Documents verified – Your document(s) have been approved.”

Despite completing verification, the withdrawal problem has not been resolved.

On 7 September 2026, I attempted to withdraw my available balance of INR 85,930 again. Two separate withdrawal requests were submitted:

Transaction ID 528315149 – INR 85,930 – Declined

Transaction ID 528317991 – INR 85,930 – Declined

Therefore, I have now had withdrawal requests declined both before and after completing the requested verification.

I contacted Dafabet Live Chat regarding the latest rejected withdrawal. The representative checked my account and escalated the matter to the relevant team. I was told that I would be contacted through my registered email address once they receive further information. However, I have still not received a solution that allows me to withdraw my funds.

At this point, my account is verified, my documents are approved, and I have an available balance of INR 85,930.01, yet my withdrawal requests continue to be declined.

I have fully cooperated with Dafabet's verification requirements and I am ready to provide any additional information or documentation genuinely required to resolve the issue.

I respectfully request AskGamblers' assistance in contacting Dafabet and determining why my withdrawals remain restricted despite successful verification, and in helping me withdraw my available balance.

I would like to inform you that my account verification has been pending for over 10 days despite submitting all the required documents clearly and in accordance with Dafabet’s guidelines. The delay is unreasonable and has prevented me from accessing my funds.

Furthermore, I would like to clarify that the total disputed amount in this case is ₹1,52,000 (INR).

The withdrawal was successfully processed but has not been credited to my bank account.

17 working days have already passed, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account.

Please check with the payment partners and please credit the amount to my bank account.

I would like to raise a complaint regarding a cryptocurrency deposit made to my Dafabet account under the username khan3300.

I made a deposit of ₹27,500, corresponding to 288 USDT. The cryptocurrency transfer was successfully completed from my wallet, and the transaction is also confirmed on the TRON blockchain.

According to the blockchain transaction details:

• Amount: 288 USDT
• Network: TRON
• Transaction Hash: d8ba95b58847682860858cab7f5b1ee4d2ef444a428b3783930ec38a47b9ad16
• Status: Successful / Confirmed
• Block: 85811294

The blockchain screenshot clearly shows the transfer of 288 USDT to the receiving address.

My wallet also shows the transaction as Successful, confirming that the funds were sent successfully.

However, Dafabet has not credited the deposit to my account. The Dafabet transaction page currently shows the deposit as Pending.

Sir I deposited 20001 rupees. I still have not received my Dafabet account. Please clear the issue. I have clear screenshot also. I chatted with customer support team but no use and send mail also but still not received my money. I deposited the amount 24 August 8 days over still have not received my money.
