Deposit was pending but amount has been deducted from my bank account

I am raising a complaint against Dafabet regarding an unresolved deposit issue.
On 05/12/2025, I deposited ₹2,000 from my Canara Bank account to Dafabet.
The amount was successfully debited from my bank, and I received confirmation from the bank as “Transaction Success” (screenshot attached).
However, despite the successful deduction, the deposit has not been credited to my Dafabet account.
Inside Dafabet, the same deposit is shown as “Pending”, and no funds have been added to my wallet.

I waited for the processing time, but the issue has not been resolved, and Dafabet support has not rectified this yet.
I request AskGamblers to kindly intervene and assist in getting this deposit credited to my Dafabet account or refunded back to my bank.
