Deposit successful but not added to account

I have deposited 1000 INR on 23 July and payment was successful but transaction went to pending status.
I have added screenshot of payment status and also mailed to the support team but every time they updated that yet payment is not secured.
Now its been almost a month and still it is in pending status and getting response from team as payment is not secured.
I am attaching all the screenshots for the payment and chat support team of last week.

Below is the transaction details for failed transaction.
