Deposit Pending 2000 INR

Hi,

I’ve made a deposit of 2000 INR to my account on 18th April 2026.

The deposit has not been credited yet despite several emails and follow-ups.

Transaction ID: 505385771

I’ve already submitted the CS team with all the related information, including a screenshot of the deposit slip/ transaction reference ID.

Can you check this and assist in resolving the issue asap?

Hi Dafabet Casino,

This has been going on for over 2 months. I’ve not received any kind of update or any news or email from you guys regarding my deposit.

I’ve already provided all the relevant details supporting my claim here.
This is not appropriate at all to keep me waiting on this for this long.
Also, whenever I ask for an update regarding this over the Live chat , I’ve been informed that it’s still being looked into without any explanation and ending the chat forcefully.
Few days ago over the email I’ve heard that the transaction is still making its way over through the banking system and also these are the exact statement dafabet CS team has provided “ The payment appears to still be being processed, and it will be credited once confirmation is received. Unfortunately, there is no further action either of us can take in this rare incidence.”
I have checked with the Banking Wallet executive on my end and they confirmed the transaction has been successful. I don’t under understand it’s making its way through the banking system?? I request Dafabet to give me a proper explanation on this delay and requesting @AskGamblers to intervene here since I’ve not being received any kind of resolution on this.
