I’ve made a deposit of 2000 INR to my account on 18th April 2026.
The deposit has not been credited yet despite several emails and follow-ups.
Transaction ID: 505385771
I’ve already submitted the CS team with all the related information, including a screenshot of the deposit slip/ transaction reference ID.
Can you check this and assist in resolving the issue asap?

This has been going on for over a month and without any proper explanation on why my deposit being delayed is unacceptable. I have been patiently waiting and all I get to hear is my issue is still being looked into. I want to the status of this and also want to know the reason behind it despite submitting the proof of payment. Is it something you’re unable to reach your payment partners for the verification? But that is not an issue from my side. This deposit was made on 18th April, now it’s almost June. How do you expect me to wait for such long period without even providing a reason on why the verification is being delayed? I want this to be resolved immediately.
