Deposit of INR 30000 not credited to Dafabet wallet

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding a deposit that I made to my Dafabet account, which has not yet been reflected in my wallet balance. On 12/09/2025 at 23:46:11 IST, I deposited an amount of INR 30,000.00. Unfortunately, despite the transaction being completed from my side, the funds have still not been credited to my Dafabet account.
This delay has caused considerable inconvenience, as I am unable to access or utilize the deposited amount. I kindly request you to investigate this matter on a priority basis and ensure that the funds are credited to my account without any further delay. Please also provide me with a clear update regarding the current status of this transaction, including any specific reason for the delay from your end.
In addition, I would like to highlight that I had previously raised a complaint regarding this same issue. However, it was not published, possibly because another complaint was also pending for review at the same time. Since neither of these complaints seems to have been addressed or published, I request that you recheck your records thoroughly and provide me with an update on both cases.
