I am writing to report a deposit of rupees 10k not deposited to the casino wallet.

On 11/06/2026, I made a separate deposit of 10,000 INR. The funds were successfully debited from my bank account, but the Dafabet cashier page continues to show the status as "in progress," and the money has not been added to my wallet. I have already attempted to resolve this through standard customer support channels without success.

I have been unable to withdraw my funds from my Dafabet account for five months now.

My account is fully verified; I have attached screenshots confirming the successful verification.

All my withdrawal attempts result in "Error 310," and my payment history shows the status "Withdrawal Disabled."

I have repeatedly contacted Dafabet support via both live chat and email but have received no response. They keep insisting on an issue regarding an uncredited payment—a payment that does not exist on my end. In five months, they have failed to resolve this problem.

Disabled withdrawal without any reason

This website really harassed me so much that I am forced to file a complaint. First, they took such a long time to verify my account, and now, after a month, the documents got verified; they disabled the withdrawal. Every time I get this error: Sorry, there was an error with your withdrawal. Code 310, and every time I chat with them, they don't even know what this, sometimes they say you unconfirmed deposit and sometimes they say something else. After 04-08, I never made any deposit and whatever they are saying is totally false.
