​I am writing to file an official complaint against Dafabet regarding a deposit that has not been credited to my account, despite multiple follow-ups via live chat and email.
​On June 6, 2026, at 11:33 PM, I made a deposit intended for my Dafabet account via HTPay Banking. The payment was processed successfully from my end via PhonePe, but the status on the Dafabet deposit page is still showing as "Pending."
​Here are the complete details of the transaction:

​I have already submitted all valid payment proofs and screenshots to Dafabet's support team multiple times, but I have not received any positive response or resolution. The funds have been debited from my bank account, but they are not reflecting in my casino balance.
​I request AskGamblers to kindly intervene and help me resolve this issue so that my funds can be credited to my account or refunded immediately. I have attached the screenshots of both the pending deposit request and the successful bank transfer for your reference.

I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding my unresolved deposit issue. I have been attempting to resolve this for over 20 days via email and live chat with no success.
I have repeatedly provided all necessary proof of my deposit, including the transaction receipt, and I am attaching the required screenshots again for your immediate review—please refer to "1000275654.jpg" and "1000275655.jpg".
Despite my constant follow-ups, I have received no response or resolution. This lack of communication is unacceptable. Consider this my final attempt to resolve this matter directly with you. If I do not receive a prompt resolution, I will have no choice but to escalate this complaint to your licensing authority.
I expect an immediate update.
