Deposit not processed from past 5 days

I deposited amountvon Rs.10000 on 15/02/2025 at 10.32 AM using UPI method. Transaction was successful from my end and money has been debited from my bank account but it is not credited to my dafabet account. I have contacted customer service through chat and emails many times but unfortunately I getting the same response that payment partners have to confirm. Need to secure funds. For past 12 year I have regularly used this casino but Never had such issue.

Askgambler to kindly intervene in the issue. Below are the payment details

I want to ask Dafabet that why should always player has to submit bank statements if payments are pending.
Till yesterday evening I was receiving replies from your customer service that amount was not received at you end and they don't have access to their payment partners bank , it's your responsibility to provide required documents in the time of any issues arises as you have provided bank details for deposit, which are some individual
Personal accounts, that person may deny to confirm,
why should always players has to deal with banks for successful transactions in both scenario of Deposits and withdrawals.
I can see similar complaint here ,
I suggest you to be transparent in these such issues.

I am using your sit from past more then 12 years I never had such issue
