Deposit not processed and my amount withheld by dafabet

I made a deposit of ₹65,000 on 05/04/2025
Transaction was successful but amount not credited.
Despite contacting them several times they are simply saying that they are yet to secure the amount.
I have been receiving same automated replies since the day of my deposit
Kindly help me with my deposit issue

Today upon checking my deposit history you marked my previous transaction of ₹65,000 as ₹1 and shown that transaction as successful.
Is this some kind of joke or what?? How can i deposit ₹1 when the minimum amount of deposit is ₹500.
For your kind of information you have already played these kind of tricks on me last month
Thankfully after posting on askgamblers I got a resolution. But again you started now.
I request you to process my deposit ASAP you can check my deposit slip also which I have mailed you number of times.

How long should I have to wait ??
It has been one week since my withdrawal and still you are asking for excuses
Will you provide any compensation for the delay ??
One or two times occasionally is acceptable but this happens to me for 3-4 times a month
I have provided every single detail regarding this transaction and you can easily resolve this within matter of minutes but still you choose to delay my funds and use them for some other purpose of yours
I’m kindly requesting you to resolve this as soon as possible

I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues

Hello AskGamblers Team and Dafabet ,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet account because I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues.

I have been a Dafabet customer for a long time, and my account is fully KYC verified. Despite this, my withdrawal requests are repeatedly being rejected or significantly delayed without any valid explanation. I currently have a balance of more than 350,000 in my account, and I am unable to withdraw my funds.

I have contacted Dafabet's live chat support numerous times, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Most responses appear to be automated, and even when I am connected to a human agent, I receive generic replies that do not address my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

I have attached all relevant evidence, including proof of my KYC verification screenshot.

I have seen that AskGamblers has successfully helped many players resolve similar disputes, which is why I am requesting your assistance. I kindly ask you to contact Dafabet on my behalf and help facilitate a fair and prompt resolution so that my withdrawals are processed without any further unnecessary delays.

For privacy reasons, I respectfully request that my Dafabet User ID is not displayed publicly on the complaint page. However, you may share it privately with Dafabet if it is necessary to investigate and resolve my complaint.
