Deposit not credited to my account

I have made 2 transaction recently and the amounts have not yet been credited to my account

1st transaction was made on
date and time: 01-01-2026and 10:50:55pm
Transaction id: 483287781
Amount: 500
From: warrantpay
utr: 759901517245,
transaction id: T26010­122­515­582­138­73333


And the 2nd transaction was made on
Date and time : 17-01-2026 and 1:45:32pm
Amount: 1500
From Jupay upi
utr: 846891426949,
transaction id: T26011­713­460­872­262­16276

These transactions have been successfully done but the amount has not yet been credited and it is showing as pending i have waited 16 days for the 1st transaction (utr : 759901517245, transaction id: T26010­122­515­582­138­73333) to happen every time i ask i get same reply saying please wait patiently while i lost my money ,and now the 2nd transaction amount has also not yet credited and its is showing as failed even when the transaction is successful (utr: 846891426949, transaction id: T26011­713­460­872­262­162­76).i don"t get any responce.

I can provide any information required payment slips etc please look into it.

I have shared all the necessary details and receipt of the payment and as asked until now.
How can i share the whole PDF of the transaction statement that consists of all my personal details in it ,there can always be a chance of identity theft or Fraud, that is the reason i have provided the screenshot of the transaction .

This isn't the right way ,there has to be another way. To this date i have provided all the details as it is ,shared the receipt screenshot ,provided the transaction id etc ,followed up almost everyday for a month and yet there is no solution found ,and now you are asking me to provide something which has all my personal details ,there has to be another way.

I have also enquired the back regarding the transaction and the transaction was successful.
