Deposit not credited to my account

I deposited ₹10,000 to my Dafabet account on 1st April 2025, but the amount has still not been credited to my account. The money was successfully debited from my bank the same day, and I have already provided Dafabet with the UTR number and a screenshot of the transaction as proof.

Despite multiple follow-ups and several emails to their customer support, I keep receiving the same response stating that they "need to secure the amount." No real assistance or resolution has been provided so far.

My bank has confirmed that the transaction was completed successfully from their end. Dafabet, however, is not taking responsibility or helping to resolve the issue.

The Dafabet Transaction ID is 429901277, and I have also attached the transaction proof for reference. I request immediate action to resolve this and credit the funds to my account.

The money has finally been credited to my Dafabet account — thanks for sorting it out so quickly!
That said, deposits really shouldn’t take 10 days. They should be instant, or at least much faster than this, so hopefully that’s something you can work on improving.

Also, shoutout to AskGamblers — I raised the issue here and it definitely helped push things along.

I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues

Hello AskGamblers Team and Dafabet ,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet account because I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues.

I have been a Dafabet customer for a long time, and my account is fully KYC verified. Despite this, my withdrawal requests are repeatedly being rejected or significantly delayed without any valid explanation. I currently have a balance of more than 350,000 in my account, and I am unable to withdraw my funds.

I have contacted Dafabet's live chat support numerous times, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Most responses appear to be automated, and even when I am connected to a human agent, I receive generic replies that do not address my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

I have attached all relevant evidence, including proof of my KYC verification screenshot.

I have seen that AskGamblers has successfully helped many players resolve similar disputes, which is why I am requesting your assistance. I kindly ask you to contact Dafabet on my behalf and help facilitate a fair and prompt resolution so that my withdrawals are processed without any further unnecessary delays.

For privacy reasons, I respectfully request that my Dafabet User ID is not displayed publicly on the complaint page. However, you may share it privately with Dafabet if it is necessary to investigate and resolve my complaint.
