Deposit not credited to my account

I request your assistance regarding a deposit dispute with Dafabet.

On 26 July 2026, I made a deposit of ₹10,000 via USDT (TRC20) using the payment details and QR code generated by Dafabet. The blockchain transaction was completed successfully and has been fully confirmed. However, my Dafabet account still shows the deposit as Pending, and my account balance remains ₹0.00.

The wallet address displayed by Dafabet exactly matches the wallet address to which I transferred the funds. This confirms that the payment reached the destination wallet generated by Dafabet.

Despite this, the deposit has not been credited to my gaming account. I have already contacted Dafabet Support and provided all the requested evidence, including:

Screenshot showing the deposit is still marked Pending in my Dafabet account.

As of today, I have not received my deposit or any meaningful resolution.

There is no issue from my side. The payment has reached the destination wallet successfully. The only issue is Dafabet's internal payment processing system, which has failed to credit a confirmed deposit.

This experience has seriously damaged my confidence in Dafabet. If the casino cannot even process a simple confirmed deposit correctly, I have serious concerns about how they handle customer withdrawals, which involve much larger amounts and are even more critical.

A reliable gambling operator should have a payment system that can process confirmed blockchain deposits promptly. Instead, customers are left waiting with no explanation, no timeline, and no resolution while their money remains unavailable.

I respectfully request AskGamblers to intervene and require Dafabet to:

• Immediately investigate their internal payment processing system.
• Manually credit my confirmed ₹10,000 deposit without any further delay.
• Explain why a blockchain-confirmed payment is still pending on their website.
• Ensure that other players do not experience the same issue.

On 11/06/2026, I made a separate deposit of 10,000 INR. The funds were successfully debited from my bank account, but the Dafabet cashier page continues to show the status as "in progress," and the money has not been added to my wallet. I have already attempted to resolve this through standard customer support channels without success.

First dafabet placed a bet limit on my account which is already fully verified account. Then I decided that I don't need to have higher balance in my account because of the bet limits and therefore I was trying to make a withdrawal but I received a message that some error occurred with code 310. Upon checking my withdrawal history it shows that withdrawal was disabled. Contacted their live chat helpline but didn't get any satisfactory answer. Therefore I request that my withdrawals be enabled so that I can get back my funds.

It has been more than 96 hours since I made this deposit. I have contacted support multiple times but keep receiving the same response that "deposit is in process" with no resolution or timeline.

My Dafabet withdrawal has been pending since 23rd July 2026. The total stuck amount is 470000 INR

They asked me to upload account verification documents, which I did on 23rd July itself, but still more than 48 hours have passed; it's showing under review only.

Their time frame for checking documents is 48 hours, and I waited that time, and after that I am contacting the AskGamblers team to help out me in this matter.

I would like to tell you that I am a silver vip level customer, but still I am facing this issue, so AskGamblers team, please intervene here and help me get my account verified and my withdrawal processed as soon as possible.

Their email team is not responding to my emails
