I have deposited INR 25000 through UPI to the payment details provided by the casino on 25/06/2025, but it hasn't yet been credited to the game account. Despite contacting casino customer service many times issue has not been resolved.
Don't want to raise this issue in public, but I am helpless because the issue was not properly addressed by the customer service specialist of the casino.

Advised to other player who followed this don't use UPI Method for deposit if person individuals details are received during deposits,
Better use local bank transfer at we can know the bank details.

Then where the money disappeared are you scamming me You need to prove that you didn't received money, do you think am I fool to agree with your claim
Bank has said refund is impossible as the transaction was successful from their end . Why should my bank ask for refund after 1 week of transaction as it was send to person' s UPI id which was provided by your finance team at the time of deposit. Do you think will he still keep this balance in his account for 1 week. Think about this
@askgambler I want to bring your attention that today evening I spoke one of your Customer service specialist over the internet phone call, he said that the payment provider has confirmed that they have received the money on the day itself. Your finance them escalated this issue with payment provider and requested them refund on 26/06/2025, but the bank has accepted it seems, again on 30/06/2025 your finance team requested for refund, at this time the bank had accepted it seems. Till now I hadn't received neither in bank not in dafabet account.
My bank is asking bank statement of 3rd party payment provider as the transaction as successfully completed from there end.
Why should I contact your payment partner, it's your responsibility to get there bank statement. Advised me to file formal complaint to Cyber crime and govt financial institutions authorities. If it does get resolved.
@askgambler Kindly I request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. As already 1 week passed, further without any delay please resolve it.
@Askgambler please ask dafabet to prove with evidence that there 3rd party vendor hadn't received money.
Why cant they share there payment partner bank statement to you.
Seems that now dafabet are scamming, never believed in my 12 years accocition they will go duch a low to scam there loyal player, disappointed.

Your deposit was not received on the 3rd party's end. If the amount is deducted from your bank account, please follow up with the bank for refund.
