Deposit not credited from 13 days
Dear DafaSports Support Team,
I am writing to follow up on my deposit of INR 5,000, which was made on 11 June 2026 at 04:08 AM and has still not been credited to my account.

It has now been 13 days since the transaction was completed. During this period, I have repeatedly contacted support and have only received automated responses stating that the matter is being checked. Initially I was informed that it would take 3 days, then 7 days, but there has been no resolution, update, or credit to my account.
This prolonged delay is causing significant mental stress and inconvenience. I respectfully request that this matter be escalated immediately and that I receive either:
1. Credit of the INR 5,000 deposit to my account, or
2. A refund of the full amount to my dafasport account.
Please provide a clear status update, investigation findings, and an expected resolution timeline. I would appreciate a response from a supervisor or the relevant payments team rather than an automated reply.
