Deposit not credited despite successful payment
I am filing this complaint regarding a deposit that was successfully paid but has not been credited to my Dafabet account, even after more than two weeks and repeated follow-ups with customer support.
This complaint concerns a deposit made on Dafabet on January 23, 2026. I attempted to deposit ₹20,000 under the transaction ID 488164602. During the process, the payment portal generated a QR code for ₹19,990.90 instead of ₹20,000. The payment portal link generated by Dafabet was [https://cashdesk.p2i4b4.com/index.html#/?outOrderNo=OD691841383562FE5D3]. I paid the exact amount shown on the QR code, which was ₹19,990.90, and the amount was successfully debited from my bank account.
I would also like to note that in earlier deposits with Dafabet, the payment portal sometimes generated slightly lower amounts than the intended deposit, such as ₹9,999.95 instead of ₹10,000, and those deposits were credited successfully without any delay.
I have contacted Dafabet customer support multiple times by email and live chat. Each time I received the same template-style response stating they are “yet to secure the amount” and that it will be added once confirmed. The same message has been repeated over the past few weeks without any real progress or timeline for resolution.
I have already provided payment proof, portal screenshots, and transaction details to Dafabet support through their official channels. Despite this, the deposit is still not credited.
I request assistance in escalating this matter and helping obtain a resolution. I am seeking either a credit of the deposited amount to my Dafabet account or a full refund back to my bank account. I am ready to provide a bank statement or any additional supporting documents if required.
