Deposit not credited after 7 days

Hi team,

I have deposited 120000 INR on June 16th, and it's been 6 days since I made the deposit, but still my amount is not credited.

Every time I check with Dafabet support, they are simply giving a bot reply that we made a follow-up. But it's already been 6 days.

I made an iCash deposit of 120000, and the amount has been deducted from the voucher. iCash has confirmed that the amount is credited to the merchant. Please find the merchant invoice copy provided by iCash.

Issue with withdrawal error 310

I am a regular Dafabet user and have been actively using the platform for some time. For the past two months, however, I have been completely unable to withdraw my funds. Every withdrawal attempt returns the same error message:

"Sorry, there was an error with withdraw code: 310."

The problem has persisted for over two months now. I first reached out through Dafabet's live chat support but received no meaningful resolution. I then escalated the matter by emailing their support team, but I have only received automated replies that have nothing to do with my actual issue.

I want to emphasize that my account is fully KYC verified, and I have already submitted all the required documents. There are no pending verification requests on my end, which makes this withdrawal error even more frustrating and unjustified.

I currently have approximately ₹105,000 (INR) held in my account, and this error is preventing me from accessing any of it.
