Dear AskGamblers Team,

I would like to raise a complaint regarding a cryptocurrency deposit made to my Dafabet account under the username khan3300.

I made a deposit of ₹27,500, corresponding to 288 USDT. The cryptocurrency transfer was successfully completed from my wallet, and the transaction is also confirmed on the TRON blockchain.

According to the blockchain transaction details:

Amount: 288 USDT
Network: TRON
Transaction Hash: d8ba95b58847682860858cab7f5b1ee4d2ef444a428b3783930ec38a47b9ad16
Status: Successful / Confirmed
Block: 85811294

The blockchain screenshot clearly shows the transfer of 288 USDT to the receiving address.

My wallet also shows the transaction as Successful, confirming that the funds were sent successfully.

However, Dafabet has not credited the deposit to my account. The Dafabet transaction page currently shows the deposit as Pending.

I have attached screenshots showing:

Sir I deposited 20001 rupees. I still have not received my Dafabet account. Please clear the issue. I have clear screenshot also. Withdrawal amount not credited

I have a withdrawal issue with dafabet.

The withdrawal of INR 34,000 happened via a split payment of INR 8000, INR 8000, INR 6000 and INR 12,000.

But INR 12,000 has never came to the bank. I have checked with my bank with the UTR number provided by dafabet but bank has informed that the payment has not received.

I have escalated this to dafabet team and they have informed to share the bank statement which I have shared thrice to them but no response after that.

Kindly help with the solution.

Deposit not credited since January 10th 16500 INR

I am submitting this complaint regarding a 16500 INR deposit made to my Dafabet account on 10 January 2026.

The amount was successfully debited from my payment account, but it has never been credited to my Dafabet wallet.

I have contacted Dafabet customer support regarding this issue and have provided the relevant transaction details and payment proof.

Dafabet has not credited the amount to my wallet, and I am requesting that the payment be properly investigated by their payment and finance team.

I am requesting that Dafabet trace this transaction and either credit the 16500 INR to my Dafabet wallet or return the money to the original payment source.

I can provide proof of the successful transaction and any relevant correspondence with Dafabet.

Deposit not credited 21000 INR since January 6th

I am submitting this complaint regarding a 21000 INR deposit made to my Dafabet account on 6 January 2026.

The amount was successfully debited from my bank account but it has never been credited to my Dafabet wallet.

I have contacted Dafabet customer support multiple times regarding this issue. I have also contacted them by email and provided the relevant transaction details and payment proof.

Dafabet keeps telling me that the amount is under validation and that I should wait. They have stated that once the validation is completed, the amount will automatically be credited to my wallet.

The deposit was made on 6 January 2026, and it has now been nearly eight months without the money being credited or a clear explanation of why the validation is still pending.

I am requesting that Dafabet investigate this payment with their payment and finance team and either credit the 21000 INR to my Dafabet wallet or return the money to the original payment source.

I have already waited for several months and I am requesting assistance in getting this matter resolved.

Hello, dear Askgamblers team. I deposited 150,000 INR (1573 usdt) to my account, but the payment was not credited to my account. I contacted the support service, they asked me for a transfer receipt. I fulfilled all their requirements. I sent receipts from all official sites that confirm in the blockchain that my transfer in the amount of 1573 usdt was transferred to the Dafabet wallet. The support service does not accept my receipts and responds to me with a copy and paste. Dafabet rejected my deposit. I ask you to help me solve this problem. I attach all receipts, where the transaction hash is indicated and the transfer in the amount of 1573 usdt is indicated.

Withdrawal delay and issues

Hi AskGamblers and Dafabet,

I am a Dafabet user with USER ID - < username removed >, and my withdrawals are currently being held without any clear justification or proper explanation.

I have contacted Dafabet several times through live chat regarding my withdrawals, but I keep receiving generic, copy-paste responses that do not address my specific issue or explain why my withdrawals are being held.

I have a total balance of over ₹2,00,000 INR in my Dafabet account, but I am currently unable to withdraw my funds.

I have uploaded the required evidence showing that my account is verified, along with proof of my account balance, User ID, and withdrawal issue.

For privacy reasons, please hide my screenshots and User ID from public view in the complaint body. Dafabet can have access to the uploaded evidence privately so they can verify my account and investigate the issue.

I request AskGamblers to accept and investigate my complaint and help me obtain a clear explanation from Dafabet and, most importantly, access to my funds.

Dafabet, please provide a specific reason for holding my withdrawals instead of sending generic copy-paste responses. I am willing to provide any additional information if required.

My dafabets account fully verified. My withdrawal status was declined again and again but I don't know why this withdrawal request was declined please help me with my complaint here. I have been waiting since almost 7 days still my issue not resolved.

I playing dafabet from the last 5 year but this not happened. This is really embarrassing for me having to waste so much time for my own funds. I have lost 1.3 lakhs from the within month after I winning my money not given the withdrawal. Not proper respond your team said my issues is progressed they are same repeatedly via email. Live chat support and email support is helpless and responding with the same email response everytime raised more than 50 requests but no response from them so that's why I came to AskGambler.

Pending verification for 7 days on evry 7 days

Dear AskGamblers Team,

Dafabet has asked for documents for the second time this month after I already completely verified my account 2 weeks back. As soon as I closed my last complaint they again asked for new set of documents for the deposit I made after last withdrawal. Anyway I wanted to cooperate and compete my verification again but it has been pending for over 7 days despite submitting all the required documents clearly and in accordance with Dafabet’s guidelines. The delay is unreasonable and has prevented me from accessing my funds.
Furthermore, I would like to clarify that the total disputed amount in this case is ₹4,60,000 (INR).

I have fully cooperated with all verification requirements, but the issue still remains unresolved. I kindly request your intervention to help expedite the verification process and allow me to withdraw my funds without further delay.

Withdrawal declined and no valid payment method available

My Dafabet account is fully verified, but I am currently unable to withdraw my funds.Amount I want to withdraw: INR 203,948
I previously submitted a complaint because my usual Cryptocurrency/USDT withdrawal option disappeared. AskGamblers advised me to cooperate with Dafabet and select one of the available withdrawal methods.
I followed that advice.
I selected an available withdrawal method and submitted a withdrawal, but Dafabet declined it due to “Payment Method Mismatch.”
Therefore, this is no longer simply a complaint about my preferred payment method. I have followed the available options, but Dafabet's own system is rejecting my withdrawal while the payment method previously used by me is unavailable.
I have contacted Dafabet Support and Payments repeatedly. Instead of providing a valid withdrawal solution, multiple departments are sending me the same generic response asking for transaction ID/UTR details, despite my clearly explaining that I am requesting a workable withdrawal method.
I have now specifically asked Dafabet to either:
Process my INR 203,948 withdrawal manually through USDT TRC20; or
Restore the Cryptocurrency/USDT withdrawal option so I can place the withdrawal myself; or
Clearly identify a withdrawal method that Dafabet will actually accept without another “Payment Method Mismatch” rejection.
I am fully willing to cooperate with any legitimate verification or withdrawal requirement.
I respectfully request AskGamblers to accept this fresh complaint and ask Dafabet to provide a specific, workable method for withdrawing my verified funds, rather than continuing to redirect me between generic responses.

Blocking 250580 Withdrawal

I am raising this complaint because Dafabet has repeatedly declined my withdrawals despite my account/documents being approved since 19 August 2026.

Disputed Withdrawal: ₹2,50,580
The complete sequence is as follows:
My earlier ₹71,500 withdrawal was cancelled/declined and Dafabet informed me that my account had been moved to a payment method group with no crypto and specifically instructed me to initiate another withdrawal through Local Bank Transfer.
I followed their instruction and submitted Local Bank withdrawals of ₹90,000 + ₹80,000 + ₹60,000 + ₹20,580.
Dafabet then declined these withdrawals for “payment method mismatch” and told me to withdraw through Cryptocurrency because Cryptocurrency was the method used for my deposits.
This created an impossible situation because the Cryptocurrency withdrawal option had already been removed/disabled from my account by Dafabet.
I therefore used another withdrawal option actually available on my account and submitted the entire ₹2,50,580 through AlbedoTransfer iCash on 25 August 2026 at 08:02:23 AM (Transaction ID 526869718).
That withdrawal initially remained pending, but Dafabet subsequently declined the ₹2,50,580 withdrawal as well.
Their latest email now instructs me to submit another withdrawal through DirePay-OBT. However, DirePay-OBT is not available anywhere on my withdrawal page.
After declining the withdrawal, the funds were transferred back into Dafasports, and my transaction history additionally shows a ₹21,637 Manual Adjustment.
Therefore, the situation is:
Local Bank → Dafabet told me to use it → withdrawals declined.
Crypto → Dafabet then told me to use it → Crypto withdrawal option disabled.
iCash → ₹2,50,580 withdrawal submitted → declined.
DirePay-OBT → Dafabet now tells me to use it → option not available on my account.
I have followed every instruction provided by Dafabet. Instead of processing my withdrawal, I am repeatedly being redirected to another payment method, including methods that are not even available to me.
I have now formally requested Dafabet to manually process my withdrawal through USDT ERC-20, since my deposits were originally made through Cryptocurrency, or enable an actually usable withdrawal method and release my funds.
I have screenshots of the transaction history, declined withdrawals, disabled/unavailable payment options and Dafabet's emails supporting the entire sequence.
I respectfully request AskGamblers to intervene and ask Dafabet to stop redirecting me between payment methods and process my legitimate withdrawal without further delay.
