Hi
On the 25th of june on 7:34PM i made a depost with 25,- with skrill. With skrill everything went right and i even got a confirmation the payment was done.

When i got redirected to the website it suddenly said payment failed. I checked Skrill and it was already deducted. I waited a while because i know it can a bit of time..Once some time passed i live chatted. They told me to send proof, so i did. I sent the proof of payment.

I gave it 1 day but they told me i should wait it out because payment is still pending. Well its Skrill and Skril is always INSTANT. They keep telling me its pending but its.not!! They are talking about another transaction i tried later afterwards, i broke that off
Its regarding the failed transaction as seen in the printscreen.

Now 3 days later still no money. Not in the casino and not on Skrill.

I have already sent several emails that i want it solved but all they keep telling me is so wait. Well wait for what?? I want my money. They also keep repeating themselves in chat and in the email.

I would like my money to be creditted.

Ps i cant add screenshots on mobile as proof????

This has been solved.

The casino finally added the balance + also gave a bonus. Took a while, but still good ending.

13400 INR deposited but still pending and not credited to wallet

I am filing this complaint regarding two deposits that were successfully debited from my bank account but have still not been credited to my gaming wallet.

Both transactions were successfully processed by my bank, and the funds were deducted from my account. However, the amounts have not been credited to my gaming wallet.

Furthermore, the cashier page still shows both transactions as Pending, even after several days. The funds are neither available in my wallet nor returned to my bank account.

I have contacted customer support and live chat multiple times, but they continue to provide the same standard response without giving any clear explanation, update, or resolution timeline. Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved.

As of today, a total amount of ₹13,400 is being withheld, and I have received no meaningful assistance from the casino.

I kindly request AskGamblers to intervene and help resolve this matter.
