Deposit money is not credit to game account

Still, my deposit money is not credited to my game account of rupees 10000, even though I have contacted Dafabet customer support, but they're not responding. Probably they're just telling, still the money is not secured from third party. I request AskGamblers to help me with this concern as soon as possible.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the rejection of my withdrawal request of INR 10,000 from my Dafabet account.

I registered on your platform as a first-time user and made my first deposit of INR 1,000 using the First Deposit Bonus (FDB) promotion. After the bonus was credited, I carefully complied with the bonus terms and completed the required wagering requirement of approximately INR 44,000 before submitting my withdrawal request.

However, my withdrawal request for INR 10,000 was declined without any explanation. I request that you provide a clear and detailed reason for rejecting my withdrawal.

Please note the following:

1. I have only one Dafabet account, and I have not created or used any duplicate accounts.
2. During registration, I submitted all the required verification documents, and my account was successfully verified by your team.
3. Since I have completed the wagering requirements, I believe my withdrawal should be processed in accordance with your promotional terms and conditions.

I therefore request that you either:

Process my withdrawal of INR 10,000 to my registered bank account without further delay, or
Provide a detailed written explanation, supported by the specific clause of your Terms and Conditions, explaining why my withdrawal was declined.
If this matter is not resolved promptly and fairly, I will consider escalating my complaint by:

1. Sharing my experience on social media and consumer review platforms;
2. Filing complaints with the relevant consumer protection authorities and any applicable gaming regulatory body; and
