Deposit money is not added in game Account

Still, my deposit money is not credited in my game account. It’s been one day Indian rupees of 10,000. Even I have contact to customer care of Dafabet, but they’re not responding me anything they’re just telling still, the money is not secured from third party. I request help me with this concern, please, and I will attach all the transaction detail regarding the payment
