Deposit marked as failed despite funds being deducted from bank
On 28/03/2025 at 5:10 pm I made a payment of INR 24,000 to Dafa Sports via UPI transfer mode. However, despite the funds being instantly deducted from my bank and paid to the specified UPI ID, My deposit status was marked as Failed - Not even Pending like it usually is in cases where there's a slight delay - I've sent a mail with all the necessary details to the relevant support team but am yet to receive any resolution or response. I will attach all the transaction details and screenshots below. Kindly register this complaint as the status being marked as Failed makes this an urgent case as opposed to if it was just marked as pending. Thank you @askGamblers team
