Deposit issue not credited in my wallet

I would like to inform you that my account verification has been pending for over a week already despite submitting all the required documents clearly and in accordance with Dafabet’s guidelines. The delay is unreasonable and has prevented me from accessing my funds. First I have submitted the selfie of me holding my pan then I submitted a selfie of me holding my Adhar card. There customer support chat and mail system has been worse no explanation are giving

Furthermore, I would like to clarify that the total disputed amount in this case is 538000 (INR). It has been declined even after submitting all the documents

I have fully cooperated with all verification requirements, but the issue still remains unresolved. I kindly request Ask gamblers intervention to help expedite the verification process and allow me to withdraw my funds without further delay.

I made withdrawal of INR 1,00,000 on Sep 14 , in that 21k is refunded to my dafabet wallet but 79k is never credited to my bank account nor refunded to dafabet wallet.

I waited for the timeline dafabet mentioned to complete 1to 4 working days but it is already been 20 days till I haven't received the funds.

Whenever I try to contact them they're simply sending automatic replies

It was successful but has not been credited to my bank account yet.

I tried to contact customer support, but there has not been much response from them, so I am contacting you here to resolve my issue.

I am filing this formal complaint against Dafabet regarding a significant delay in my withdrawal and a lack of transparency concerning an ongoing account audit.

Timeline of Events:

On 09 21, I submitted a withdrawal request. Shortly after, the request was rejected.

I contacted customer support and was informed that my account was "under routine audit."

Since then, I have followed up with their support team daily. However, I have received nothing but scripted, repetitive responses stating that the audit is "still in progress" and that I must "wait patiently."

As of today, 09 28, it has been several days without any concrete explanation, evidence of suspicious activity, or an estimated timeframe for completion.

My Position:

I have fully complied with all terms and conditions and have not violated any rules. I believe this indefinite "audit" is being used as a tactic to delay payment. I have already attempted to resolve this directly with the casino, but their communication has been entirely unhelpful and non-transparent.

Desired Outcome:

I request that Dafabet complete the audit immediately and process my pending withdrawal without further delay.

I have attached screenshots of my account balance, the rejected transaction history, and my conversations with their support team as evidence.
